TERRIBLE SERVICE. Due to an internal error, the TV was not delivered on the day I had to set aside from 8 am-6pm. Then called and the order was resent for a new delivery. 3 days I was ignored via the chat. Today I got the money. Called to ask what's going on and it now appears that the product has been returned and sold again. They tried to sell me a smaller TV for a higher price after discount. Can't do anything as they say themselves. I think all service is outsourced and many mistakes are made. Then you should also take responsibility for your mistakes and solve them. Never had such a bad ecommerce experience. Can't I give 0 or 0.5 stars?

Below it is said that delivery has been made twice. This story was made up after I was home all day and the order was canceled internally between the two parties. I am very sorry that this story is made up in order not to take responsibility.
