Unfortunately, all 4 HDMI ports have signed up this year. Contacted Customer Service and stated that the HDMI ports are no longer working. I got a remote assistance appointment. The employee then remotely connected to the TV while calling. And without saying a word, the employee factory reset the TV, removing everything. A PAID APP was also included.

The paid app can no longer be found in the app store, so I sent Customer Service a message via the app. They also dare to laugh at the customer via the app!

The whatsapp conversation was unsuccessful, so I started calling them again. I explained everything again. The employee made me wait for 10 minutes. The result was of course that he could not help it that the app can no longer be downloaded. Samsung has removed the app from their server. He could not tell any reason. Supposedly my TV of 7000 euros would no longer support it.
All he could do is send a mechanic. After this scandalous action, Samsung does not want to take the costs on itself. So I have to pay money (150 euros excluding call-out charges) if I want a mechanic to look at the problem. And it is not certain whether he can solve the problem. So the costs can add up.

Now there is a TV in the living room with defective HDMI ports, which can no longer be connected. In addition, an employee deleted a paid app that was used daily without permission!

I advise everyone not to buy Samsung products! And especially no TV. I am disgusted with their Customer Service!
