Have been waiting weeks for my money, already received approval by 3 people, but the financial department sees no hurry in repaying EUR 1249, so it is a matter of waiting for this department to ever agree. Very bad service. Unfortunately, I am not alone, given the many complaints here about customer service. Too bad, there is not much left of the great brand that Samsung once was in the Netherlands.
