Worthless tumble dryer and even worse customer service! After half a year our tumble dryer (DV90M6200CW / EN) of 700 started to show complaints. The cause: a filter that is impossible to clean because it is stuck in the dryer. With a vacuum cleaner you do not get the dust away and even after picking with a toothpick the filter is not completely clean. We have now had a drier for a year and a half and he is doing worse and worse. We have raised this with Samsung, but they continue to insist that the dryer works and that this simply happens with the product specifications. Calling customer service is like calling with a robot. There is no listening, standard answers are given and no solutions are offered. In summary: do not buy a Samsung dryer and do not waste energy on worthless customer service.
