Awful company. Sent my iPad in to get repaired: A new battery. Came back with a new screen with dirt and fingerprints on the underside that I never asked for. Sent it back again and then was returned with a broken front camera. Sent back again and returned with a unrepairable camera fault and a faulty microphone. They didn t want to hear about it and washed their hands of it leaving me with an unusable device. Avoid at all costs. Apple may charge more to get your devise fixed. But absolutely worth it than dealing with this company!

I ordered a re-conditioned iPhone from this company mid July 2020 - now at 6th of August and still not received - have been told twice that it is in priority despatch and will be with me within a week. Still waiting.....If the phone doesn't arrive by when they have promised on their latest e-mail, I will be cancelling the order. They say it takes 14 days to process a refund - they will have had my money for over 6 weeks by then (if they stick to the 14 days). The annoying this is I bought this for my daughters birthday .The only reason I have given it one star is that they do respond quickly to e-mails. They say all the right things but I am sat here having paid my money with no phone. btw ordered another phone for myself from Tesco - came in 2 days - will not be using them again
Not replying,have tried to contact them for three days via e mail and phone. I have had the phone for one months and the battery died Took it to a local shop today and they showed me that the battery had swollen and broken the screen,no way was this a good battery when it was dispatched. Refurbished I don't think so.
The advertising blur states 3 days , i was without my phone for nearly three weeks as they were waiting for a part , then it was in the hands of a UK carrier not Royal Mail that kept it for four days ,then when it comes back the speaker on the phone is so low they are virtually inaudible after taking it to EE they informed that there was adhesive in the speaker that was not there before it went away . Really unbelievable bad service .
Actually wanted to give negative stars....unfortunately thus isn't possible... Sent an iPad for a simple repair of a charger port. They recieved it on 22/7 . On 26/9 tracking showed as being sent to technician for repair.....yay....! Or so I thought... Several emails later and the generic "your device is with the technician and will take 2-4 days to be fixed and checked" I've finally given up today, 7/8 threatened to report to police and Ofcom, and my tracking has been updated!! My device will be returned unfixed....fine. I'll get a proper company to fix it!! Finally recieved two days later,. Sent to another company yesterday, recieved bybtgem at 1pm today. 3pm today, rec'd email stating repair complete and on its way back to me. Sooooo complicated to fix, I think not. Thanks medrepairs, you have restored my faith, in repair companies.
I placed and order in September 2020 and it never arrived. I have been trying to get a refund and been fobbed of time and time again. This company should be closed down as they are ripping customers off!!
If you want to buy a mobile phone do not use this company as they are a bunch of con artists. I ordered an i phone 5 on the 19th December 2017 and expected to receive it before Christmas, as it was going to be a present for my wife. And as their website stated 3 to 5 days, or sooner for UK orders, I thought this would be OK. They promptly took my money but never produced the goods. After 41 emails (so far) and 29 days later I still haven t been given my money back. On the 5th January Quick Mobile Fix emailed me to say they had refunded my money and would be in my account within 24 hours, 5 days later they emailed me to say I would have it in 3 to 5 days, then emailed me again 1 hour 7 minutes later to say 24 hours, then 5 days later 24 to 48 hours. I still haven t received my money back. To be blunt they just lie. I have reported them to trading standards and PayPal, which I thankfully used to pay for this non-existent product.
In response to the owner; my order number is contained in the 41 emails, you currently have from me, which I am sure you already know. How could you process my order and take my money without an order number. I suspect you don't actually want this information but just felt it necessary to show concern to the wider world - pathetic.

I bought a iPhone 5S 64gb for my son. The description of the phone said minor scratches on the back but it looked perfect to me. Service was very prompt - ordered over Easter weekend and it arrived on Wednesday. Everything about the process was very easy and I would use again. Have already recommended the site to a friend.
I found the service flawless. I ordered iPhone 6 Grade A. I received it in 4 days and was as good as NEW. I would definitely use them again instead of paying double the price in shops...
Quick Mobile Fix are beyond a joke presently. I sent my iPad off for repair over a month ago. They asked me to pay some more money as there was an additional repair required which I did straight away. Since then it s been a priority fix apparently since the 26 February as I ve already been waiting some time. Bog standard emails from customer service reps named Leilah, Lucie, Jodie, Adam, and Victoria all saying Thank you for your email.Please allow 24-48 hours for an update on the repair . Well it s been a long 24-48 hours since 26 February, I thought this means 1-2 days but clearly Quick Mobile Fix aren t on the same time frame as everyone else on the planet!. Called today and spoke to Jodie, who said a supervisor would be in touch by 5pm to deal with this and no surprise there wasn t a call. I would have been more surprised if I actually got a call back to be fair!... The silly thing is I ll call again tomorrow after a long wait on the phone to get through and will get fobbed off with the same excuses. An email will follow and I m sure it will be the bog standard ones I ve been receiving!... Looking at TrustPilot it s clear to see the company isn t the best with dealing with its customers. As the saying goes, you re only as good as your last job. If these guys carry on there won t be many jobs left for them to do. Absolute Joke and possibly the worst customer service I ve come across
This company is appalling! I have had the same experience as many of their other customers. I'm guessing that they do not actually have most of the phones in stock but are still taking money from innocent people. Anybody who is struggling to get their money back and had paid by a debit card please contact your bank for a chargeback form.

Incompetent services for repairs - got the working phone back in dead condition and there is no ownership to that. The repairs gone back and forth for 3 times and then the device was sent "RIP" after a month's period. Currently the matter into legals. Absolutely not recommended

Albeit the 'phone repairs are turned around quickly, my son's refurbished 'phone, which he purchased from you, has been returned to you for repair FIVE times and my son is about to 'phone you for it to go back again now for a SIXth repair, it is as if it is never really repaired but posted back out as it was. Having smashed my oneplus one screen, I searched the Internet to see whether I could find a company that could replace my screen with a new/nearly new one at a very affordable price.
Shortly after placing the order, I had to contact their customer services team to request a change of postage method to get the phone to them, with a speedy and courteous response, alongside the tools I needed to return the phone safely. The phone was sent via their pre-paid Royal Mail tracked service and was with them the next day.
Unfortunately, the estimated turnaround time that is advertised (24-48 hours) in my case wasn't possible; the device was received by them on the Friday before a bank holiday... (Not good planning on my part) but nonetheless, my phone was repaired, checked over for any other issues and sent back via UK Mail on the Tuesday. Received back on the Wednesday in an awful lot of packaging and with a nice, new, functional screen; the best part: people didn't notice that the screen was replaced!
So, aside from me catching them at a bad date in the UK's calendar, I have no issues using these guys again for any of my mobile tech, and would recommend this professional company to look after and repair your devices; the technician who serviced my phone did an amazing job, and see no reason why the rest of their technicians aren't as equally competent. And at a great price! You can't go wrong.
After waiting threw weeks for an iPad for my granddaughter to use while she is off school I cancelled my order and requested a refund , the company told me I would have to wait 14 working days , consumer rights say refunds should be 14 calendar days, i became concerned and contacted my bank who advised i could apply for a charge back, i have emailed the company repeatedly and had no reply . I purchased an ipad from QMF which was received promptly. Unfortunately it had to be returned as it had a fault which wasn t their fault. I was informed the iPad would be replaced and would be sent out in seven to ten days. This time passed and I had not received the iPad which meant I had to contact them. I had to contact them several times about this sale and have had excellent customer service from them. I have now received my replacement it took a bit longer than I had anticipated but if you are having problems send them an email or twitter message and they will get back to you.
I'm really disappointed so far with the elusive, irresponsible service. This company took weeks to send me my phone, then it was faulty and now they have had it for weeks with no solid update as to when it'll be returned and of course, I'm concerned if it does ever turn up it will still be broken. I am now going to have to take further action.
Did everything they claimed. Fast delivery after a quick repair, much cheaper than the offer from Samsung. So they get my vote - first class thank you.
Do not ever EVER use this company. If the google review allowed me to give 0 stars then I would. This companies customer service is none existent. It is impossible to get through to them using the landline, it is constantly engaged, and they take 3 days plus with prompts to respond to emails. The phone I purchased from them is faulty and 3 months after receiving the phone I am still chasing for a desirable outcome; a replacement hand set! I cannot stress enough how bad my experience has been. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and the estimated delivery time is a lie. It took 3 weeks and some periodic chasing to get my phone sent to me. I was told the delay was due to quality control checks . Turns out this was nothing but a lie because I was in fact sent a faulty phone. Lies, lies, lies, lies and more damn lies.

QMF ID 225361 I sent an iPad Air for battery replacement. I shipped with the prepaid label and sent it. Received back in perfect condition 2 weeks later. Although the order tracker didn t update as much as it used to, the service was excellent. (I was also expecting a shorter turnaround). I accidentally purchased a repair for the wrong iPad model but they refunded the difference without an issue.

I had ordered a phone but when I realised it was going to take 14 days to arrive (not publicised in the website) I requested to cancel the order. They quickly replied that a refund would take 14 days, fair enough. After 14 days no sign of the refund. On enquiring I was told that due to the current crisis (covid-19) refunds could not be processed and I would have to wait until the end of May (2 months wait). The company is still trading so the crisis has not interrupted selling, just refunding, blaming it in the banking system. Absolute nonsense.
My phone is currently 2 WEEKS late and I still have not got it. Any emails from the company tell me an excuse about it being delayed in the quality control department. This wait and waste if time with emails is appalling.

Outrageous service! Bought a phone expecting delivery within 10 days. On the 10th day, I get an email saying there was no stock. When a refund was requested, suddenly no emails are replied to and their phone is ALWAYS on 'busy'. If this goes on and I do not get my refund, I will get the police involved since it happens to so many other people as well. (ID179579)
Terrible service ! Ordered a phone for my 16yr old on the 3rd of April and today is the 19th of April and no phone no message to say it has even left the place !!! Absolutely the best I've used. Using the website was easy and instructions were clear. Communication throughout was excellent. My repaired phone was returned in just 3 days via secure mail. The repair is great and the price of the entire service was fantastic when you factor in that it includes postage both ways (something many other companies don't offer).
I will definitely use Quick Mobile Fix in the future and have already recommended to friends.
I give them one star because 0 is not possible. I have never seen anything more unprofessional. I bought an iphone and 2 weeks after I was still waiting for them to send it. Shen I tried to comunicate with them they usually took 2 or 3 days to reply an email, ad then when you reply to this one, another 2 or 3 days again. And the replys were always generic like your purchase is being processed, with no information about your particular case. I had to claim it to Paypal to get my money back and when they were processing my refund, 3 weeks after the purchase, they email me saying my phone was on the way. I will prefer to buy a phone from ISIS than having to deal with anymore.

I don't know what you mean Sir I rang this time next last week he explained and told me over the phone Sir please give it 7-10 business working days not including weekends and it shall be with you by the 10th working day. When my phone initially arrived it did not work and displayed 'No sim'. I took the phone to Mobile Medic phone repair company who advised it was a circuit board problem. Also - the phone was warped and did not sit flat on the table!! I returned the phone and a few weeks later they sent me back the same phone! Still saying 'No sim' and still warped! I could not believe it. Since returning my phone again 2 weeks ago they have not answered one phone call. I have been emailing every day asking for either a replacement phone be sent or else refund my money but they haven't done either. The just keep replying rubbish that they will send my phone in 4-6 working days but won't actually answer my request for a different phone or a refund.
I will be contacting the Police Service and Consumer council

Shocking customer service. I was told 3 times within the same week that the phone would be returned to me the very next day. I'm still waiting. Then I received an additional bill. They wouldn't change delivery address despite their error. Waiting for ages on the customer service line without an answer. Vague answers provided on the online chat and given reassurances that were empty promises. Let down several times. Furthermore, suspicious that the required passcodes for the phone.
Ordered two iPhones from this company and was told 7-10 working days. After a month I finally receive one of the phones but still waiting on the second. Every time I asked for an update I constantly got told the same thing it ll be dispatched within 3-5 working days and my order is on priority . They are obviously promising goods they don t have or timeframes that are not workable. Will defiantly not be using this company again and I strongly advise anyone thinking of buying form them do the same.
They are anything but quick. First order was a screen replacement for a phone, sent phone near end of May 2019 after a lot of emailing they finally completed the repair and I had the phone back at the beginning of August 19.
I was happy enough to give them another try on the basis that the first time was a stock issue. The second time I sent phone in November 19 after about two months they couldn't complete the repair, they promised a refund but have yet to send it and will not acknowledge any emails.
Horrendous buying experience! Left with no phone and no refund!! The order confirmation email is the first time a purchaser learns that 24 hour delivery occurs after 10 days to dispatch (although funds are taken from your account 24 hours after order placed). As this left it too late to receive for my son s birthday, I rang and cancelled the order only to be told that refunds take 10-14 working days! Here we are 15 days later and still no refund! They have sat with my money for over a month now. I cannot get any response to telephoning - it rings and rings and then goes to being engaged. As yet, no response to my email.

I ordered my champagne gold iPhone 7 128GB on the 11th of December with plenty of time for Christmas and it is now the 28th of December and it has still not arrived! There is no way of contacting them the phone lines as they are always dead, inactive or 'busy'. On emailing them all I get is pre-automated messages with no confirmation on when my phone will be delivered. Very poor craftsmanship and service. "Factory Reconditioned" iPhone fell apart in 90 days, and instantly without looking at the phone deemed it "accidentally broken". The internal clips that hold the screen on broke into two, and the battery was not properly secured. Would not refund or repair. I would never do business with this company in the future. This is after the horrible delivery around Christmas time, took over a month to ship 45 miles. Read all of the reviews before thinking of wasting your money with this company .
My 15 year old son ordered new mobile phone on boxing day was advised delivery within 14 days, didn't receive the phone,. On 13th January he asked for order to be cancelled and his money to be refunded, was again advised 14 days, didn't receive anything. He asked when he could expect it and they are now saying it will be March. I unfortunately didn't check the reviews of this company as they were recommended by a friend. If I had of read the reviews, I would have never even looked at the site. I am now sending all these reviews and trustpilot reviews to BBC watchdog and Martin Lewis Moneysaving expert, hopefully they will expose this scam company.
I ordered a red iPhone 7. After a few email and 13 days after ordering I received a silver iPhone 7. I have email but haven t heard back on how to resolve the issue. The phone is in great condition and I d possibly shop with them again if I wasn t in a hurry for a phone.

I went to my bank to talk about this because i was starting to get worried about it and i asked when the company had taken the money out of my account and it turned out that they had taken the money out of my account they day after I placed the order. this company just wants to take money from you and give nothing in return. Poor, poor customer service. Ordered a 6+. Waited so long, had to order from a competitor's website instead. When the handset did eventually arrive, the touch screen was unresponsive so can't even set the phone up. Sent an e-mail asking if they had a warranty - 7 days later, still no reply. And when they do decide to respond to enquiries, it's like they haven't even read your e-mail in the first place.... Will never use again. Absolute jokers.

I ordered an i-phone & on the 28th of Aug 2020. A month later of the 24th of September I cancelled my order because the phone never came. I have been pursuing a refund ever since. I have now been told I will receive a refund by Nov 12th. That is two and half months after I ordered the phone. I will update this review to tell you whether or not I receive a refund on the date that they have stated. Do NOT buy from this company, they will take your money, they will not send you a phone.

Terrible. You wait ages for the phone when you buy. We sent ours back and waited nearly two months for refund and that only happened with the threat of reporting to trading standards. No compensation offered. AVOID. Would give zero stars if it were an option.
Absolutely appalling service from "Quick" mobile fix. Rubbish customer support, slow delivery & returns & devices didn't even work. I waited 10 days for the delivery of my refurbished phone. Upon receiving the item I realized instantly that the phone's touchscreen was faulty. I returned this item and waited patiently for 5 weeks to get the product back. Once I received the replacement - this phone wouldn't even switch on (even after being fully charged.) I returned this item and demanded a refund. Three weeks later and I have still not received a refund! Nightmare to get an answer off them in an e-mail (waiting 7 - 10 days for a response) and they won't even answer the phone (even during their business hours. Hense why I am writing this review. Appalling!

Absolutely gutted I didn t take the time to read the real reviews of this company and stupidly trusted the ones on the website. Completely impossible to reach on the phone and ignore every single email you send. They ve essentially stolen my phone and I will be reporting to the Police and trading standards.
I ve heard nothing at all since they received my phone which was in immaculate condition as it has always been in a full protective case and screen cover - not a single scratch on it.
