I give them one star because 0 is not possible. I have never seen anything more unprofessional. I bought an iphone and 2 weeks after I was still waiting for them to send it. Shen I tried to comunicate with them they usually took 2 or 3 days to reply an email, ad then when you reply to this one, another 2 or 3 days again. And the replys were always generic like your purchase is being processed, with no information about your particular case.
I had to claim it to Paypal to get my money back and when they were processing my refund, 3 weeks after the purchase, they email me saying my phone was on the way.
I will prefer to buy a phone from ISIS than having to deal with anymore.
