Absolutely gutted I didn t take the time to read the real reviews of this company and stupidly trusted the ones on the website. Completely impossible to reach on the phone and ignore every single email you send. They ve essentially stolen my phone and I will be reporting to the Police and trading standards.

I ve heard nothing at all since they received my phone which was in immaculate condition as it has always been in a full protective case and screen cover - not a single scratch on it.

My tracking number 06A993 shows the phone as received so I can only assume they are intending on keeping it without paying me the price quoted - theft

The worrying thing is how such a disreputable company can be allowed to continue to trade. It s obvious the very few good reviews on here are bogus as not a single person has left a review for any other companies - smell a rat much!!!!

As Quick mobile Fix appear to be more responsive to messages left here I m only leaving a review in the hope someone may answer! I demand someone contacts me immediately to explain why my property is being held without the payment promised.

If I ve got end of the stick and there is a genuine reason for the delay and compete ignorance I m currently being shown I will of course update my review - I shan t hold my breath
