Ordered a phone for my son from this joke of a company back at the start of September... I was told we would receive the phone within 14days and did not receive it and as it was a gift I had to end up ordering from a different company and cancelled my order with quick mobile fix and was eventually told I would receive my money back within 14days... to cut a long story short every month since sept I have been told I would receive my money at the end of the following month... since when do refunds take so long?? Is this company even legit? Currently looking at alternatives to get my money back from these robbers. My advice to anyone is do not waste your time or money.

Phone was sent away with small cracks and when I received it one month later the screen did not work at all, do not use

with 2 teenagers I have had to use this company a few times in the last year for cracked screens - however I am now fed up & will not use them again as they keep sending me marketing emails and I repeatedly unsubscribe and am notified I wont get any further emails but they don't stop - customer support just say 'unsubscribe again' - how many times for goodness sake

"Quick" Mobile Fix. I placed an order for an iPhone XS Max Pro four weeks ago now and have had the bare minimum communication for when my order will be dispatched. Please don't write delivery within 7-10 days if the order hasn't arrived for 21+ days..

Everyone please don t use this company unless you can wait months for a REFUND. I bought iPhone X back in April for my daughter. Which never arrived in 14 working days as they stated. Waited for 30 days still no phone . Emailed to cancel order. Refund in14 working days. Which never happened. After tens of emails I received my refund after 3 months. Very pleased with the iPhone se ,came looking as new , and working very well .. I would have gave 5 stars but , unfortunately, the courier was not up to standard with no communication . My wife ended up collecting it from the depot after she had called them , a few days after it had actually arrived with them ..

DO NOT USE. A disgrace. They my item since 2nd August and lost it. I think they hold it on purpose for weeks and hope some people lose their proof of postage so they can steal your phone. Luckily I had proof and after a week of emails and showing royal mail delivery confirmation to their warehouse they managed to locate it but never acknowledged it had ever gone missing! They take ages to respond, and when they do they delay your order with the same irrelevant questions! The police will be contacted shortly.

I used quick mobile fix twice to fix iPhone 5c. The pice was good and service was quick first time phone was done in a day but I drioed it off and picked it up and second time I used them took 2 days but was getting 2 iPhone 5c 'a fixed and again I picked it up I didn't like what I read about delivery taken longer then meant to. Put once phone leaves them it is down to delivery company.

I have tried to contact you on numerous occasions regarding my refund for the repair I arranged over a month ago. No one is answering the phone. I have tried for the last two days. Please contact me urgently.

Quick Mobile is just that, but they should find a way of adding quality refurbished to their name, as they are that too!

An absolute joke of a company!
The name of their company is the biggest lie I've ever come across...there isn't nothing quick about this business.
Extremely slow delievery...I am still waiting to have a dispatch date confirmed let alone receive what I actually ordered and I'm on working day number 11.
When asking, numerous times, for some form of refund to make up for the delay and inconvenience they had caused, my question was completely avoided and I struggled to get any straight answers out of them!
I asked if I could speak to a manger and wanted to complain several times and all that was said was that I would have to address an email to a manger...this hardly sounded legit.
I will never be using this company again. Absolute waste of my time and money!

Do not use this company. I cancelled my order for a screen fixing immediately after placing it as I could not post the phone owing to Covid-19 and not having printer facilities. Despite being told my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund shortly after I am still waiting for my money back 7 weeks later despite regularly being assured i would receive the refund within 5 business days.

I sent my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact away with broken screen, it took a little longer than I'd imagine it too, but once I'd highlighted that to an online customer service rep, it was here the next day, and that's the only reason I'm giving them 4*

Well I'm not holding my breath on my sister getting her order. She ordered it before reading all these reviews . After reading the reviews she panicked and contacted them to see if the phone is actually in stock as she suffers with anxiety and these reviews set her off. She waited 3 days for a reply , a sarcastic one at that and is no better off. I've had to deal with her panic attacks because she is so worried she's not going to get her phone or her money back . These vultures should be ashamed of themselves but they won't be because they're a bunch of con artists who take pleasure in playing God with people's time and money.

It has been losing battery quite a lot on the first few days, but they said this would probably happen as its all syncing but it works great and apart from a few small scratches on the screen (it was listed as GOOD) you would not be able to tell it was second hand!

Unprofessional company. Failed to deliver despite repeated unkept promises to do so. Then failed to refund at all again despite repeated promises to do so which were way beyond the 14 days they quote on their website. Had to go to credit card company to obtain a refund. I would not deal with this company.

I had a terrible experience with them. 24 hr- 48 hr turn around is actually 3-4 weeks! Within that time period you are constantly ringing, emailing and going to their office to get an update. They did fix the fault but at a cost of causing further faults to my phone. In the end I had to escalate the complaint through paypal in order to get a refund.

Bought an iPhone 7 that was in good condition it came much quicker than expected and the phone came and it was great packaging. The phone was really good condition basically brand new I would definitely recommend to all who are looking for a new phone.

Ordered I phone waited 3-4 weeks it arrived, was unable to get signal so returned it under 14 day money back warranty, that was 4 October still no refund keep getting fobbed off, cannt get hold of anyone by phone they are still answering e mails even if that takes 3-4 days, next step Trading Standards and solicitor

ZERO STARS Google why are you letting this business buy advert space - the service they offer to the customers is so poor that they take off any bad comments ( which is many) from their Facebook page - Facts you can't call them now ( I bet its because so many) they dont reply emails within 2 days as promised, they dont deliver as quoted, they dont read emails to say the order is cancelled and then try to supply an item when its cancelled. Google you look at the quality score of ones ads and the quality of website - what about service - why allow a company to buy ad space which will cause your users upset . They are spending big - DONT let them - STOP the adverts which should stop the upset customers. You need not need to worry about me as I have already claimed my money back from my bank ( Its funny really the person at the bank said second one today!) So its not just me. I had used this company before in 2017 and cancelled then as they couldn't supply - more fool me for going back as I thought they would have got their act together or gone out of business. Have ordered a couple of times with no issues. Had to send phone back to get the battery replaced under warranty and it was easy and fast.

Nightmare. Never did get the phone, just a load of lies. Ended up with a very speedy chargeback via bank. Avoid!

Don't deal with this company. They take your money upfront and then fail to deliver . We had to chase numerous times to get a phone order and could not get an invoice despite chasing by email and by phone ( they cut you off).

Extremely impressed with the quality & cost of replacing my S5 screen. Would have given 5 stars if I hadn't had to chase the progress update..saying that I would certainly use them again.

Like the last review I had placed an order for an iPhone in apparent pristine condition, I was happy to wait for the 7 days however after 7 days nothing, so I email and ask what's happening, they said it can be up to 10 days, if you don't hear from us by 10 days get in touch. 10 days passed and surprise surprise nothing, so again I email and get told that the phones have failed quality control and I was asked to bear with them, so another week passes and by this point I've had enough....i ask for a full refund.

I'm told a refund will take up to 14 days to process, so okay that's fairly standard in business, 14 days have passed and nothing, so I get in touch again to be told its 14 buisness days, so that has also now passed and they have now told me I will get my refund on or around the 26th March!!!

Here is the timeline:

2nd February order placed.
21st February I ask for a refund.
24th February refund acknowledged and told up to 14 working days.
13th March now being told refund will be processed on or around 26th March.

I have just threatened them with legal action because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

What kind of service is this? I would not advise purchasing here as its been nothing but trouble hassle and grief from the start.

Oh and I see you guys are saying to get in touch.....eh hello, I've got more than 20 emails back and fourth.....thats why I ended up going to my bank to sort out the refund.

Do not purchase second hand phone from this company. I purchased one last year that has never worked. I have sent it back for FREE repair under the 12 month warranty and it keeps coming back even worse. I called today to request a refund and was told as I purchased it last year I could not have one. What is the point of 12 Month warranty. If they can't fix it surely it should be replaced or refunded. Not with this company. Quick and very helpful staff, paid the amount agreed unlike other companies.

I cancelled an order within 24 hours of playing it. I was informed the refund would take 2 weeks to process. It took them 7 weeks. I really don't see what was so difficult?

Dropped the phone and the screen shattered. Sent it off after paying for the repair and a week later it arrived back with a new screen. Looks like a new phone, good service and a great price.

I have used Quick Mobile Fix to purchase three reconditioned phones over the last 18 months. The first phone is still working perfectly and the other two are going strong. I find the QMF website easy to navigate and use. I can see mixed reviews but my experience on each of my purchases has been very positive, Phone s have arrived within timeframe and have always been in great condition. I will certainly keep QMF as my first choice.

Avoid buying anything from this website. I bought an iPhone x and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I bought it in advance to take it on holiday but it came too late. I called them so many times and only managed to get through to them once after waiting on the line for 2 hours being the 26th person. They purposely make you wait so you don t call them with issues. The warranty is also a lie as they don t respond back to your emails or calls. And if you want to call them be prepared to wait on the line for 2-3 hours each time and sometimes they will just hang up on you... WORST internet retailer i ve ever dealt with. Will Never buy anything from them again. I would also return the phone if i could but i know they would not respond. Please please take note of all the negative reviews as I genuinely believe the positive ones are fake. I would have not bought anything from them if i did my research.

Despite numerous emails and conversations with their customer service, it's been over 5 weeks since I've ordered and still no phone. I've been told that my phone will be dispatched next Wednesday / Thursday latest, but this is the 6th time I've been told that my phone is undergoing final quality control checks and it'll be another 4/5 working days.

Quick mobile fix - Why are you advertising and taking payment for phones you can't dispatch? This is the final time I'm going to wait, I'll be escalating this to trading standards and seeking legal advice if is not resolved by next week.

PHONE WILL NOT BE WATERPROOF/Thoroughly misled!

I have/had a waterproof handset, (a fundamental feature) the screen broke so had these guys replace it. At no point during the normal purchase process do they even vaguely allude to the fact that they won't return it as waterproof. They have since told me that it is in their t&c's on a separate page of the website and that it is up to me to read the fine print. Umm, no, you should make this clear at the point of purchase, instead you choose not to mention anything in the hope of fooling people like myself. I have also been told that the waterproof sealing for the screen 'is a separate part of the phone' and so doesn't count as part of the screen repair! absolute jokers

Do not use these people!. They claimed that my iphone screen was damaged on arrival and that I clicked on an 'accept' offer on their email, when I have a witness to prove that the phone was fine and that I clicked 'reject', so they paid me nearly half of what I should have had. They can never be reached on the telephone. They called me once to 'resolve' and said they'd call back but didn't. If I email them, they just keep repeating that I accepted their offer. I am reporting these people to trading standards. They kept my phone and paid me half of what it was worth. AVOID!

Our School has been using this service and it is quick and a very reasonable price. Products always come back well wrapped and in perfect working order. We will continue using this service as we can't find anything to beat it.

Phone to them is constantly engaged. 15 days and no tracking number or idea where my order is. 4 generic emails saying dispatch is 5-7 working days and I'm still in that window...no I'm not ...10 working days in and no idea what is going on.

I really wish I had checked these reviews before placing my order.

It was only when the confirmation of order email arrived that they advised that it would take a minimum of a week for the phone to be delivered.
Unfortunately I needed it sooner than that, so I sent an immediate email to cancel the order and to ask for a refund .
To be fair, I got a very quick email response from the customer support team to acknowledge the cancellation of my order, but advising that it would take up to 14 working days to refund my money - quite a long time for a simple refund for an order that hadn t even been dispatched.
Today, 18 working days later, I have still not received a refund, so I contacted their customer support team by email again.
I got another quick reply , this time to say that, due to COVID issues, their finance team were advising that they won t now be able to refund me until 17th August.
I recognise that COVID 19 is a challenge for everyone, but the issues with this company clearly go back well before this.

I have now asked the customer support team for the director s contact details so that I can raise my complaint directly with them ... but, as of now, no response.

I sold my phone here and the guide price which I was advised on was correct and at a high price even though it did have a crack in the screen. The only fault was the updating and process of the payment being made.
Otherwise I'd highly recommend.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I received my Samsung Galaxy 6 and the battery only lasted me until lunch time. A joke! I returned the phone which caused so much hassle as I live in Ireland and you cant send batteries by post internationally. A friend was going to the UK and they posted it for me over there. The same phone was returned to me with exact same battery problems. I again returned it expressing if they did not send me a working phone with a working battery that I would expect a refund. But they said I was now out of time for a refund. What the hell. On the 12/03/2020 I asked for an update on my refund
On the 12/03/2020 I was told my refund would be processed on or before the 01/03/2020
On the 12/03/2020 I queried the date for the refund as that date they were supposedly going to process the refund had already passed - no response
On the 17/03/202 I ask for the refund to be processed that day or I would register the transaction as fraudulent - no response

Just bought a reconditioned iPhone 6s, great condition and price with a one year warranty, really fast delivery,will use this company again.

I ordered 2 phones for my daughters both refurbished , unlocked , good condition iPhones. 1 was a iPhone 6 and the other an iPhone 5.
The ordering process was so easy online.
I d read some reviews first before I purchased them and my experience was just as positive as the reviews I had read.
They arrived within 10 days and both the like brand new.
I d searched other sites for the same phones but no one could match the prices of Quick mobile fixes.
Very happy with the service , the price and the fact they arrived so quickly.

It took 11 working days to dispatch and was never received - I am still awaiting a refund 12 days after notifying the company it was not received - no reply to my many emails - just atrocious - avoid

Quick Mobile Fix then became impossible to contact, not replying to any of my emails which is doubly frustrating as they have no phone number you can call them on. Luckily I was able to get my money back through raising a dispute through my bank. Stay well away from these crooks.
