Horrendous buying experience! Left with no phone and no refund!!
The order confirmation email is the first time a purchaser learns that 24 hour delivery occurs after 10 days to dispatch (although funds are taken from your account 24 hours after order placed). As this left it too late to receive for my son s birthday, I rang and cancelled the order only to be told that refunds take 10-14 working days! Here we are 15 days later and still no refund! They have sat with my money for over a month now. I cannot get any response to telephoning - it rings and rings and then goes to being engaged. As yet, no response to my email.
