WARNING Do not give Quick mobile fix any of your money! They are a scam!


When my phone initially arrived it did not work and displayed 'No sim'. I took the phone to Mobile Medic phone repair company who advised it was a circuit board problem. Also - the phone was warped and did not sit flat on the table!! I returned the phone and a few weeks later they sent me back the same phone! Still saying 'No sim' and still warped! I could not believe it.
Since returning my phone again 2 weeks ago they have not answered one phone call. I have been emailing every day asking for either a replacement phone be sent or else refund my money but they haven't done either. The just keep replying rubbish that they will send my phone in 4-6 working days but won't actually answer my request for a different phone or a refund.

I will be contacting the Police Service and Consumer council

Don't be conned by this company and don't be conned my the reply they write to this review either.
