If you want to buy a mobile phone do not use this ...

If you want to buy a mobile phone do not use this company as they are a bunch of con artists. I ordered an i phone 5 on the 19th December 2017 and expected to receive it before Christmas, as it was going to be a present for my wife. And as their website stated 3 to 5 days, or sooner for UK orders, I thought this would be OK.
They promptly took my money but never produced the goods. After 41 emails (so far) and 29 days later I still haven t been given my money back. On the 5th January Quick Mobile Fix emailed me to say they had refunded my money and would be in my account within 24 hours, 5 days later they emailed me to say I would have it in 3 to 5 days, then emailed me again 1 hour 7 minutes later to say 24 hours, then 5 days later 24 to 48 hours. I still haven t received my money back. To be blunt they just lie.
I have reported them to trading standards and PayPal, which I thankfully used to pay for this non-existent product.

In response to the owner; my order number is contained in the 41 emails, you currently have from me, which I am sure you already know. How could you process my order and take my money without an order number.
I suspect you don't actually want this information but just felt it necessary to show concern to the wider world - pathetic.
