I purchased an ipad from QMF which was received promptly. Unfortunately it had to be returned as it had a fault which wasn t their fault. I was informed the iPad would be replaced and would be sent out in seven to ten days. This time passed and I had not received the iPad which meant I had to contact them. I had to contact them several times about this sale and have had excellent customer service from them. I have now received my replacement it took a bit longer than I had anticipated but if you are having problems send them an email or twitter message and they will get back to you.
