Terrible service ! Ordered a phone for my 16yr old...

Terrible service ! Ordered a phone for my 16yr old on the 3rd of April and today is the 19th of April and no phone no message to say it has even left the place !!! I want a refund and cannot get anyone to reply with any information at all. Absolutely terrible service and will never be using them again.
