I had ordered a phone but when I realised it was going to take 14 days to arrive (not publicised in the website) I requested to cancel the order. They quickly replied that a refund would take 14 days, fair enough. After 14 days no sign of the refund. On enquiring I was told that due to the current crisis (covid-19) refunds could not be processed and I would have to wait until the end of May (2 months wait). The company is still trading so the crisis has not interrupted selling, just refunding, blaming it in the banking system. Absolute nonsense.
