No sign of my phones, waited an additional week. still not dispatched. made 4 phone calls minimum 1 hour queue promised they will be sent and no sign of the email or my phones. cancel 24 hours to process and told have to wait another 2 weeks to potentially get my money back. would have held my money for a month and no phone.

Beware!. Phone ordered 15th May (2-9 working day delivery). Four weeks later after numerous emails (because they don't have a phone??) it was cancelled and a refund promised in 14 working days (albeit due to government restrictions it could be longer). 14 working days passed with no refund. After numerous emails I was promised a refund on or before 23rd July. Queried on 22nd July as it hadn't appeared and was emailed back yet another refund date of on or before 14th August. I hope this helps you make an informed decision before parting with your hard earned cash.

I've ordered a phone from them and they sent it to another address. After weeks of emails and phone calls they managed to get it back and now I got another email that they've dispatched it to the same wrong address. They are incompetent! As I sit here on the phone waiting nearly 20 mins for them to answer after been trying since 9 o clock this morning and finally getting through at 3.45 I'm writing this review . Ordered 2 phones for my sons for santa on the 1st of December and still havnt been dispatched I keep getting the same mails back the past 5 days that it will b dispatched in the next day. I'm absolutely livid here as they are my sons xmas presents . If I don't get them by Christmas I will be going further about this matter . People please stay clear. Do not buy from them. I thought I was being nice giving them time to sort out my refund during this difficult pandemic times but I ve been waiting for >2 months now and I m still not refunded yet! They kept saying to be patient with them and they are doing their best but they probably hope that we will just forget about the refunds. I hope this review gets their attention. Really bad website, I wouldn't recommend it at all. the service is awful, the delivery took almost 2 months instead of the 10 agreed days, the phone was faulty, it's impossible to contact the customer service and getting an answer quickly, and for the reparation or warranty is even worse... After being fobbed off, robbed and messed around, I cancelled the order and put it in writing (QMF - the order number is ID173337 but you already have this!) All I get now are emails saying can you wait a further 7 working days for your phone ... NO I CANNOT BECAUSE I DONT BELEIVE THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SELL! or would you like a phone in a different colour NO I WOULD NOT BECAUSE I DONT BELEIVE THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SELL! and a refund will take 10 - 14 working days to process .... NO IT WONT, IT DIDNT TAKE YOU 10 - 14 WORKING DAYS TO TAKE MY MONEY !!!!

These people take your money for products they don't have, then fob you off with excuse after excuse ...... QMF, as already stated in various emails ....you have until close of business on Thursday 5th July 2018 to refund my money or I shall commence legal action. After a prompt reply I was told my order would be prioritised, absolute joke. Requested a refund again, it s been more than the 10-14 day waiting period and still haven t received my refund.
Strongly suggest you do not buy or sell from Quick Mobile Fix, appalling customer service and will only rip you off!

This company is ridiculous bad. I ordered an iPhone 8 which did not end up arriving. They did not keep me updated with any dispatch details and it took me emailing them first to find out what was going on. I then asked for a refund and they are still taking forever to send it through. This has been going on for 2 months now. I believe this company is fraudulent and a waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend.

Appalling business. I ordered an iPhone8 for my son in February and it never came. Have been fighting to get my money back ever since. Their latest correspondence (4th July) reads:

"We do understand that a lengthy refund process can be frustrating and we do apologise for this. Despite current challenges we are continuing to provide our services as best as we can. Unfortunately, the current situation might cause some delays in our refund process due to shortage of staff and our banking system, however, we do want to ensure that we will be providing your refund on the date provided. Please understand that we are unable to expedite the date given (which is 13th August).

BEWARE DON'T BE A VICTIM OF THE SCAM .HI I am the latest victim of this SCAM.I ordered a month ago and same pattern of events happened with me.Delayed response etc. So I finally cancelled the order asking for refund .It has been a month since I haven't received the refund . standard excuses given to me.Looking into the matter and checking with finance etc.Fortunately i have ordered via paypal and have filed a complaint with them.Can someone share details if they have also purchased via paypal and have got the refund.please share the details of the process.I would request all not to fall in the TRAP .The business model does not seem to be selling mobiles its something else so don't expect any genuine mobiles .

The company clearly states that the phones will be dispatched between 3-5 working days. After 5 days had passed I chased them and two days later they came back with a bizarre excuse which related to 'extra quality control checks on the device you ordered'. A day later they informed me that it would be with the courier in 24-48 hours (which actually meant 4 days later because it was a weekend and the courier they use doesn't work on weeks). Upshot is that it will have taken 2 weeks from ordering to delivery, which also means I will be without it for a 3 week trip to the US.

I ordered a new phone on the 29th August 2019. They said delivery would be around 7 days. I m still waiting.. I ve tried to complain but get condescending e mails saying there is a problem with quality control. I have asked for my money back three times now to no avail. Absolutely outrageous. They are taking money off honest working people but are not honest about the delivery times etc. I am now very worried I won t get my money back. I needed a phone so I had to go elsewhere . SCAM about a year ago they took my phone and charged me a lot of money to repair it. They then proceeded to not send my phone back for weeks. I had to enquire multiple times before they admitted they'd lost my phone. After finally locating it they fixed the screen but not the internal. After lots of back and frothing I was out of pocket and they NEVER fixed my phone!!! I tried my best to get a refund they said they don't give refunds especially in this situation when they claimed they had fixed it. Would not even rate one star! SCAM!

It has been over a month and they have yet to send out my product... not even dispatched.

I ordered a IPhone 6s on 14th December evening encouraged by the website that stated they would send out in 3 to 5 working days, but they would aim for earlier. It was a Christmas present. On the 19th, as I had heard nothing, I e-mailed them again and they replied pretty much straight away still aiming to send out but the first doubts that it may not be before xmas. I wrote again on the 21st and received a reply the same day saying they would do all to send out before xmas. On receipt of that I stated if I had not heard that it had been despatched by the end of that day consider the order cancelled. On the 22nd they wrote and said they would not get the phone to me for xmas. I e-mailed back that day to say it had been cancelled and to give me a refund. Then at 4.35pm on 22nd I was notified the order was sent! It then remained in the shippers depot till the 27th. They indicated towards the end of this marathon they read e-mails received after 24 hrs which seems most odd but is also untrue as they did respond within that timeframe. So why it was despatched over a day after cancelling I do not know.



I received an answer today: They don't reimburse postage.

No indication was given on their website that pre xmas orders may take longer than 3 to 5 days. I felt whilst their e-mails apologised profusely, it was not sincere and to despatch after cancelling and not repaying postage is bad business practise. Would I use them again? What do you think?

Ordered phone and waited and waited . No phone arrived no e mails sent to me to explain why . Do not use this company under any circumstance!! Took 6 weeks to get my phone back. My screen and innards started to come away from the casing so I took my phone in town to see what it was. It turns out that QMF did not attach the screws before gluing on the screen. My 600 pound phone is ruined! I have contacted them and they do not care one bit!

The tracking shows that the order is still being processed but it s been over two weeks now and heard nothing from this company . Mobiles can take a little while to get to you but that's due to the testing process.

Worth the wait in most cases as devices are usually recieved as expected and easy to send back for repairs/replacements due to unexpected/uncontrollable issues.

I ordered an iPhone 7 from them on the 23rd November 2018. It took 20 days to process and ship, despite their guarantee being 10 working days. Ok. One, mistake, we can let it go. I then had to wait until the second week of January before receiving the phone that I had paid for. I was already not happy, and the most they offered was a 10 pound discount of their site. Furthermore, the screen on the phone was not working - half of the pixels were not functional - and it was not a Retina quality display. I thus sent the phone back, asking for my money back. The phone arrived back at their firm four days later, as opposed to almost two months to get here. It then took them 10 days to actually begin processing the device and prepare the refund, and they were always promising that it would be done by tomorrow at the latest . Now, over three months of waiting, and 80 emails to and fro, I have finally gotten my money back.
Furthermore, the customer service is appalling - if you want to talk to them on the phone, you literally have to take a day off work in order to have the time to wait in the queue until you can talk to someone. And that is if it doesn t cut you off when you are first in the queue.
I would absolutely not recommend QuickMobileFix to anyone unless hanging around and poor customer service is your thing.

Ordered my phone Monday night, with what I thought would be a fast delivery as promised upon checkout. To then receive an email saying they aim to despatch within 7 working days. Got to the 7th working day and I d heard nothing so I emailed them, got a response to say they basically havnt even got the phone and it will be delayed until Tuesday at the earliest. I cancelled the order for them then to tell me the refund would take 14 days, 14 days when they took my money in a matter of seconds for a phone that didn t actually exist. How a company thinks 14 days is acceptable when your purely cancelling an order that didn t actually exist in the first place is robbery in my eyes. Seems from other reviews that they re keeping people s money for as long as possible to earn interest on it or pay staff because they clearly cannot manage their cash flow.

Delayed responding to emails when you mention anything about refunds or cancelling the order, probably to make it more like 30 days than 14.

I paid 278.99 for an Iphone 6 for Christmas for my son on the 9/12/18....yes thats right. Last year. Only to be told 3 days before Christmas that i wouldnt get until after new year! If your order goes through ok you will be fine which accounts for most of the positive responses I think however, if you are one of the unlucky ones who hits a problem you really will struggle to contact Quick Mobile Fix customer service. I have experienced both sides. You really do role the dice dealing with this company so please beware. My recent order remains unfulfilled after 11 days and counting, I have asked for a refund twice so far just to be asked again if I'm sure !? Phone engaged all day today and email responses have around a 12 hour delay at best. Tried twitter and Facebook but obviously only 1 person works on customer service and responds to all formats. My advise (which I need to take next time)? Buy through Amazon where you get proper customer service when things go wrong and a no quibble refund if you have been inconvenienced.

I ordered two phones in November last year as Xmas gifts. It stated they would be delivered between 7-10 working days or possibly sooner. I had to contact them 3 weeks later as I had no update, to be told that due to COVID-19 their QC department was struggling with demand. I cancelled my order on the 9th December and am still to this day 16/2/21 waiting for my refund. Almost 20 emails back and forth with excuse after excuse why they can t process my refund. I was last promised my refund on or before the 2nd of February.
I ve now had to dispute the transaction with Barclays so fingers crossed I get refunded soon.
I ordered with music magpie the day I cancelled this order and had them the next day.
Avoid these scammers and save yourselves the head work of trying to get your money back when they don t deliver what you order.

Screen replaced quickly and you wouldn't know it has been repaired

I ordered a phone 9th of january, Waited more than weeks for a refurbished iphone 6s which came with a broken screen and was totally unusable,i sent it back for a replacement but decided to go for a refund but after a month of no replacement i asked for a refund today is the 28th of march 2018 still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. I m getting the same repetitive emails all the time. I had heard great reviews from friends but definitely would not recommend. It was for a present for my little brother and he is distraught that his birthday money is still gone and no phone or money refunded to show for it. It s an absolute disgrace

Phone arrived faster than expected which is good. It is fine except for a very worn out battery. For a phone in 'excellent' condition a new battery is a pretty basic requirement, wouldn't you think? Would waste too much time sending it back so now we have to fork out to get it replaced.

Just like the last reviewer I too ordered an iPhone 6s in pristine condition. The difference for me is that no where does it state 10 working days lead time and then next day delivery!
I needed a replacement quickly due to breakage and they were very quick taking my money but then i received my order email where it told me the 10 working day lead-time nonsense. They didn't answer the phone and after 8 attempts I tried the online chat. Eventually got through and given apologises for not disclosing before ordering. Asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded. As it was paid through Paypal I see no reason for an instant refund?... but oh no refunds take longer than the damn phone, 10-14 working days to even issue the refund.

Misleading website and marketing.

Awful experience. Faulty phone, no customer service phone number, no chat agents available at any time I tried, no response to twitter dm, most emails ignored. I would avoid this company and deal with a firm that it is possible to communicate with.

Delayed order was waiting almost 3 weeks for the phone. Got the phone but they gave me a plug with no lead for the charger so I have a new phone that I cant use because I cant charge it

Ordered a iPhone 8 waited 13 days with no communication, I emailed the company and received a reply saying it takes 10 working days to arrive I was already waiting longer. Quick update I have still not received my money it should have been back in today on the 21st of April after 3 weeks and now they are telling me I'll have to wait till at least the 14th of may untill I receive any money back. My 3 month old phone, Samsung S8 purchased abroad and not covered by EU warranty required a software reset, I was pointed to this firm by the seller under their Guarantee terms. QMF had the phone for 4 weeks and then sent it back with the original fault! Nothing had been done.....I've now taken the phone to Phone Giant and they have fixed the phone within a day at half the price. DO NOT USE Quick Mobile Fix - they are a scam company - their responses here are a pretence - as for the response posted on my review they know full well who I am. There is a legal case to get the payment refunded. I repeat Use QMF at your peril. Any negative feedback on their YouTube channel gets deleted, this company is bad.
