Actually wanted to give negative stars....unfortunately thus isn't possible...
Sent an iPad for a simple repair of a charger port. They recieved it on 22/7 . On 26/9 tracking showed as being sent to technician for repair.....yay....! Or so I thought...
Several emails later and the generic "your device is with the technician and will take 2-4 days to be fixed and checked"
I've finally given up today, 7/8 threatened to report to police and Ofcom, and my tracking has been updated!! My device will be returned unfixed....fine. I'll get a proper company to fix it!!
Finally recieved two days later,. Sent to another company yesterday, recieved bybtgem at 1pm today. 3pm today, rec'd email stating repair complete and on its way back to me.
Sooooo complicated to fix, I think not.
Thanks medrepairs, you have restored my faith, in repair companies.
