I sent an iPad Air for battery replacement. I shipped with the prepaid label and sent it. Received back in perfect condition 2 weeks later. Although the order tracker didn t update as much as it used to, the service was excellent. (I was also expecting a shorter turnaround). I accidentally purchased a repair for the wrong iPad model but they refunded the difference without an issue.
