Albeit the 'phone repairs are turned around quickly, my son's refurbished 'phone, which he purchased from you, has been returned to you for repair FIVE times and my son is about to 'phone you for it to go back again now for a SIXth repair, it is as if it is never really repaired but posted back out as it was. It is painfully frustrating. My son brought this 'phone with all his Christmas money and it has just turned into a major disappointment.
