Shocking customer service. I was told 3 times within the same week that the phone would be returned to me the very next day. I'm still waiting. Then I received an additional bill. They wouldn't change delivery address despite their error. Waiting for ages on the customer service line without an answer. Vague answers provided on the online chat and given reassurances that were empty promises. Let down several times.
Furthermore, suspicious that the required passcodes for the phone.
