Poor, poor customer service.

Poor, poor customer service.
Ordered a 6+. Waited so long, had to order from a competitor's website instead. When the handset did eventually arrive, the touch screen was unresponsive so can't even set the phone up. Sent an e-mail asking if they had a warranty - 7 days later, still no reply. And when they do decide to respond to enquiries, it's like they haven't even read your e-mail in the first place.... Will never use again. Absolute jokers.

Update : In response to their reply to this review.... How come i received an email off you stating "Thank you for contacting Quick Mobile Fix.
