Shocking service. I have waited over a month for a refund and have sent 20 emails. I still do not have my money despite numerous promises that it has been issued.

I definitely would not recommend this company.

They sold me a faulty I phone in June which I had to return almost immediately due to it not holding a charge. It was returned to me with the same fault - today I received a call saying that there is water damage to the phone so it is not covered by their warranty.
In short this is a company selling faulty phones don't waste your money!!!

Well, come Saturday, still no despatch notification and then told due for despatch monday . Come Tuesday still no despatch. Customer services lied to me and that s never good.
The phone itself was good quality and had a new screen fitted. Shame the customer services can t sort themselves out.

I would give minus stars if I could. Absolutely incompetent company and staff. I ordered 5 iPhones for work on the 3rd July under the impression that they would arrive the next day or at least by the end of the week which I was happy with. A week later they had not been dispatched. Like everyone else has said, it is almost impossible to get through on the phone, probably because so many people are trying to complain. I finally got through to someone who assured me that they would be dispatched the next day. They actually were! Then one arrived on its own. Another call to them after hours of trying, she didn't realise that I had ordered 5....hence why only one had arrived. From then until the end of July it was calls going unanswered and emails back and forth trying to get them sent out to me. I spoke to another person who assured me they would be dispatched the next day (why did I believe him), and I had had enough. I asked for a refund multiple times, which they ignored. Emails and emails demanding a refund, to then receive an email back stating that the phones had been dispatched so if I wanted a refund I needed to return them and go through the process blah blah blah. Overnight delivery apparently. From Saturday to Wednesday...doesn't sound like overnight to me. They finally arrived today, nearly a full month after ordering despite proclaiming next day delivery on their website.
A shame as I've ordered from them before and it has been really good, but this experience has put me off and I will never order from them again, and I would NOT recommend anyone else ever use them.

I wish there was an option for no stars. Absolute disgrace of a company. They will lie to you about a delivery date. They will lie to you about a refund. They will not reply to you. You will ONLY get a response when you ask your bank to retrieve the payment but even then this company will do everything they can to hold on to your money. When they email you, they don't even sign the email because nobody wants the blame for constantly lying to angry customers. I would highly recommend to speak trading standards so they can do something about this vile company. I now know it's better to pay the extra money and buy from a legitimate place rather than this disgusting company.

There are some issues with getting through to the company. Phone numbers that leave you endlessly holding on the line and emails that don't seem to get to their destinations.

if I'm honest, my experience of customer service was dubious. However the overall manager, Samantha got back to me eventually and she was great. My phone arrived and was as promised (it's charging right now). I'll let you know once it's ready to use.

Update 27/11/17: Now on my second phone from this company. Again customer service is, at best, ambiguous. The phone took longer than expected to arrive but is now here today (after a little waiting) and being used. Will update later.

Do not use this company. I bought a refurbished iphone graded "pristine". Within 9 months the on/off button had stopped working and the battery needed replacing. It took about three weeks before my phone was returned. They lied repeatedly when I chased it's return.

I've been in contact with them this week to ask why the phone now gets hot when using the internet and why they removed my screen protector when they repaired the phone. My screen is now damaged because I didn't realise they'd removed the screen protector.

They say they tell customers to remove screen protectors when returning phones, they don't.

You can call them and be number 15 in the queue or send an email. If you send an email they don't read it properly, they just ask non related questions or expect you to repeat yourself.

I ordered 'genuine' apple earphones from them - the reviews for this business were good, the delivery was quick but once I had used my earphones I realised they where fake after comparing the sound quality to real ones; and that only the right earphone worked. customer service were also quick to respond to my complaint, I asked for a refund but apparently I would have to send back my product so they can 'look into my claim' before sending a replacement. Unfortunately I won't be wanting another pair of fake earphones. Won't be ordering from them again.

I bought an I phone 4 as I needed a cheap phone ASAP as my current one had broken. The prices on this website are quite reasonable and they have a good selection of products, there is a bit of a wait to receive the product but that wasn't a problem and it does state that on tr website. The only issues I had were that my phone didn't come with a charger and wasn't charged when I received it. I had to go out and buy a charger which was difficult to find as not placed have chargers for iphone 4 anymore I was lucky enough to find one but it would have been good to have received one with the phone or atleast receive a fully charged phone. Overall though the phone is pretty good it was like brand new, it came with a screen cleaner and a nice little phone case and came earlier than expected. I would buy again from this site but my review would have been higher if it had a charger.

Order was received roughly mid last month. Have been told FOUR different things via email. It s now the 20th ( a month later ) and still not received my money for my phone I accepted their offer for. Have been told I would receive money in 2-5 days, 5-10 days, to then being told it would be in my account no later than the 18th, it s now the 20th... and being told itll be in my account by the 26th, never dealing with this company ever again. Would not recommended.

Every time I ve emailed them I have been told different, and promised countless times which then falls through. It feels like I m being scammed.

Impressive selection of phones, however having placed my order I had had no notification of dispatch. Having contacted customer service I was told the phone I had chosen was not in stock and would I like an alternative colour. I did this only to be told that wasn't in stock either and that my original choice would be dispatched sooner. This took 2 weeks of having to wait for the 24hr delay for responses to emails. Eventually I was fed up of being messed around.

On the Friday morning I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money refunded, an agent event replied to this email, yet the following Tuesday I receive an email to say the order has been dispatched! I refused the delivery and told them I no longer wanted the phone and instead wanted a refund, yet I had 2 weeks of attempted deliveries. Eventually they got the message and had the phone back. I am now on working day 18 and still awaiting my refund. When I chased my refund on day 10 the customer service agent got quite sharp in their reply and told me to wait until day 14. Well still no refund and it's day 18. Apparently it's been passed to finance to expedite but I am not convinced. Totally shocking firm - they should not advertise stock they don't have, they should respond quicker to emails and refunds should be quicker.

I'm glad I paid by credit card as I will be contacting them under Section 75 follow this up. My order number is 175108.

I ordered online and only after I paid was it made clear that it was up to 10 days for despatch despite it being advertised as next day.

I then tried to cancel the order, no one responds to emails or phone calls for days. Almost two weeks later I got an email saying that my phone was being despatched despite sending several emails to cancel it.

Then finally I was told that its up to two weeks to get a refund, no sign of it yet 2 weeks on.

Update: I got back to my office after a holiday and they have delivered the phone. No idea how long this will take to resolve as as usual no one is answering the phone.

Its now the 20th November. A month ago I decided to drive to their office and return the phone BY HAND directly to their customer service manager. Its only 20 mins from my house so seemed better than posting it. He assured me the refund would be coming soon.

That was the 16th October. I still don't have a refund. They said it would be 10-14 working days. I gave them 20 and emailed again. This time they said that the refund needed to be by bank transfer as their payment provided has changed. I sent my bank details.

A week later I get another email saying I need to send my bank details.

I've had enough, thank god I bought this with my credit card and HSBC can pursue them for a refund on my behalf.

I would strongly advise against using this company. I made a payment for an iPhone 6 on 20/10/19 which never arrived. Initially when I emailed I received a reply to say the order would take another 2 weeks, but nothing arrived. I cancelled my order on 4/11/19 and asked for a refund. I was told to wait 14 working days for this but no refund came.There is no phone contact for the company and after sending numerous further emails, to which I received no reply, we went to the address in person.You are unable to speak to anyone face to face but can reach someone over an entry phone. After this visit at the beginning of December I finally received the refund on 18/12/19.
The main difficulty is that you often cannot get hold of anyone via email and there is no contact number, and the building is open during office hours only so it requires time off work to go there in person to follow this up.

I spoke to someone and got through quickly after 8 days and he said we've a 'within 10 day policy' so just wait. After that I couldn't get through again on the phone. I emailed and they said they're experiencing delays and would I like a different color. I said no and they said they'd dispatch the one I ordered at the end of the week. That didn't happen so I emailed again. They responded saying they have a delay and would I like a different color again. I said no and they again said end of the week. That has not happened and now they're saying to wait. Been over a month now. VERY disappointed

30th March, NO sign of phone or an email to tell me there were delays. You can't speak to anyone other than by email or "chat" and they took much longer to answer than they quoted.
I was told there was a delay at QC and the phone should be despatched in the next 5 DAYS! Although they can't guarantee this 100%! I can cancel and get a refund but this could take 14 days! So that's a month with no phone and no money back
I mean, WHO ARE THESE COWBOYS?

Like all the other reviews the wait was a little long, I had to wait ten working days......however when the phones arrived they were in fantastic condition looked liked new.
My advise email to communicate with them and be patient I may just be a very busy time of year!! I would recommended the company and product.

Overall satified with the price and condition of the phone, could be a bit more clearer about the shipping time BEFORE the order is place as this helps to manage customer expectations, maybe offer a quicker dispatch time for an extra fee, had to call and email several times to get clarification.

I ordered a phone on 26th May 2020, heard nothing so chased them 2 weeks later, they couldn't tell me when my order would be ready or my phone dispatched. I asked for a refund which they said would take a maximum of 2 weeks - I'm still waiting.....I've had to chase them at every step, they reply but communication is extremely vague and unhelpful - Coronavirus seems to be used repeatedly as an excuse for their awful customer service. I have been promised I'll have my money back sometime in August, I'm not holding my breath - this company is not to be trusted.

I sent my phone into Quick Mobile Fix on the 22/09/17, they acknowledged receipt on the 25/09/17.

I requested additional repairs when they listed the areas of damage. I originally ordered only a front screen replacement.

Emails were sent back and forth, as well as a few telephone calls which were pointless. The customer service team are unable to speak to the technicians, they can only send them emails.

On the 13/10/17 - SIX WEEKS after they had received the phone no repairs had been carried out and I requested the phone be returned to me.

The ONLY positive thing I can say about this company is that they did give me a 100% refund without any argument.

Latest Update - After much wrangling, they agree to refund me for the phone having supplied two faulty phones in succession. They acknowledged receipt of the 2nd faulty phone on the 29th of May and undertook to provide a refund within 10-14 working days (of course this could easily have been achieved in less than 3 working days). 18 working days later and still no refund. It is now over 3 months since I placed my original order with QMF, and despite supplying me two faulty phones, I still don't have my money back.

I bought a 128gb iphone 7 from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived there was a screen fault which caused it to become unresponsive and completely crash the phone, 4 or 5 times a day. I tried all of the usual things, updating ios etc. etc. but nothing worked so I returned the phone which was replaced without quibble, but took a further 3 weeks to arrive. The second phone arrives and this has a different screen fault, where sections of the screen do not respond correctly, so scrolling does not work properly and the screen responds as if you are tapping on it rather than scrolling it. I tell QMF that I have had enough, two phones and 2 months after the original order was placed I still don't have a working phone. They tell me to send back the phone that I received 5 days earlier so that it can be repaired. I tell them that I want my money back as they have failed twice to supply me with a working phone. They offer a replacement. I want my money back, I don't want to wait another 3 weeks to get another potentially faulty phone, and so am writing this review.

I would have given this company ZERO stars but this review site will not let me! They take credit card payments for goods they don't have. Their phone service is none existent as it is permanently engaged. When you finally get through they make hollow promises then an hour later advise you, by email that there has been another delay of 3-5 days. When you cancel the order they say it will take 3-5 days for a refund they should not have taken payment for in the first place.

I had not heard anything since, despite contacting the company since enquiring what was wrong - absolutely no response from them. They really do appear to be a company that does not care about how they treat the customer, once they have your money, they will do as they please. If you would like to be guaranteed to receive goods you pay for, I advise you to NEVER order from this website. There is no guarantee you will receive what you have paid for, and there is no guarantee that they will care enough to respond to you. To further this, they will make you go through complete hell in order to have your payment refunded. Look on Trustpilot and there is also a facebook group with many more unhappy and furious customers. I wish I had seen it all before I ordered. Dreadful experience.

1 hr response? OK then. Ordered a phone from these expecting them to be like a normal company who would send within a day or 2 but got an email saying within 10 working days. This wasn't mentioned before they took my money. Have tried to call and the line is constantly off the hook and emailed and tweeted with no response hence the 1 star review. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Edit. 9 months later I still haven't received a refund from this company. I am now told i will get it on 4th March, When I asked why it's taken so long I'm told you can't bypass the finance department. Currently seeking legal advice. Avoid avoid avoid. Absolute sham of a company. Watchdog got in touch they are that bad.

My partner ordered a refurb phone because old phone was on the way out. Then we waited and waited. Tried calling them but they never pick up. We are now 14 days + in and still waiting. In today s world there is no excuse for these long delivery times unless you are selling stock you don t actually have. I ve never written a negative review on a company in my life, but felt compelled to warn others. Quick mobile fix, what a joke.

Please pay a little more, knowing you will actually receive the products you have paid for.

Would definitely recommend having a look before buying a new one.

I am been left waiting for the phone I bought for more than three weeks, at my third complain they are just able to say they forgot about my order and they ask me to wait for another week as they need to perform a quality check on the phone.
Unreal!!!

Sent my phone in for repair- they had it for four months!!! Emailing them every day getting the same copy and paste response I said "where is my phone, send it back to me!
I receive my phone back and the back panel hasn't been attached.
When I email them to ask why they have shipped me back My phone...wait for it...I get this email

By the way, when I sent it to them the back panel was not removed, they have opened my phone and not even sealed it back together before shipping it back

I will update you guys as to whether they refund me but so far they haven't even OFFERED

Awful service, wouldn t use them ever again. Phone not as described at all, customer service very poor, could not get a straight answer from anyone. Had to go through PayPal to get money back as phone was not as described, faulty and stopped working after a week
