Excellent service - ordered an iPhone 5 and it was delivered 2 days later. Great condition (looked like new) and complete with case, cables, screen protector the works. Definitely cannot fault the service, product or the price.

The phone was in very good condition I d say, when I chose good so pleased there.
Overall I d recommend, but they could improve clarity on their dispatch times.

Really bad service took over a month to receive my phone and the slow delivery time was only made clear once I had ordered. Customer service was very unhelpful and rude. And my delivery got 'delayed' twice.
Phone was in good condition physically but the touch screen keeps faulting.

My strong recommendation to you all is to avoid quick mobile.

Am not happy at all with the service that I have been provided. Recycled my phone at the beginning of the month, and am still waiting to get paid. When I check online it just says "payment processed". But 20 days on, I haven't been paid.

There's no way of getting hold of anyone, as their customer service number conveniently rings out no matter what time you phone.

I ordered a new phone from this company on the 19th of December and have had to contact them on numerous occasions to find out what is happening to be given same old, we are having some delays and you are on the priority list and still no product or refund on the 4th of January. all they are happy to do is take your money! Unfortunately I am now having to seek legal advice, as when using Quick Mobile Fix's free post return label, my phone was lost in the Royal Mail system. It was posted on the 23rd April on a 2-3 day service and the tracking has not been updated since it stated it was posted. Having contacted Quick Mobile Fix I was told that it is them that would need to make a claim with Royal Mail to get the cost of my device back, but since having been told that, I have had no confirmation that this claim has been made. I was explicitly told that contact had been made with Royal Mail and that the claim would be made on the 3rd May, but this has not happened. I am now completely unable to get hold of Quick Mobile fix by phone or email. This leaves me completely out of pocket as I have neither the phone, nor the money I am owed, and I have no way of getting this money back from Royal Mail myself. My recommendation is to not use Quick Mobile Fix as their customer service is simply terrible. I must have spent over six hours on the phone trying to get through to someone, and have never been able to get even an answer to my calls.

Needed my Ipad mini screen replaced.

I simply paid the stated fee on the website and sent my Ipad off to Quick Mobile Fix. I could check to progress of my repair on the website. My Ipad was then returned to me in perfect condition along with a free case and pen. I would recommend the company to anyone needing there mobile/tablet device fixed. Great Service.

I would call them cowboys.....but that's an insult to cowboys?! At least cowboys do a job, even a bad one. Ordered a phone in July, was listed on their site as available when it clearly wasn't, as the day after ordering I received an email asking me to accept a different phone. I refused, call me old fashioned but if you advertise a product, you should sell that product. I waited 5 and a half weeks for the phone with lies that the postage team had it for final quality checks. They didn't. I then lost patience and cancelled it in mid August. As of 19th October I still don't have a refund even though it was guaranteed by the customer service team to be in my account by the 30th September!? They have now stopped communicating with me and are ignoring my emails. A section 75 process has now been started with my card company. If I was you and your waiting for a refund, go to small claims court, if your a potential customer try any other option and if you can't find any other alternatives then I'll send you 2 yoghurt pots and a piece of string! It will be more reliable than this absolute circus of a company.

Requested a proper response and just got fobbed off with another canned response. Customer service is awful. Recommend one of the many sellers on eBay. ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE - 1 star rating is too high for them!

Steer clear from this scam company who have their own phone constantly on engaged tone, send generic email after generic email and take money for handsets they claim they have in stock, only then try to give you something other than what you ve purchased. When this is not suitable, they do not process refunds despite emails saying they have.

I have been trying to get my money back since May with constant false promises on generic emails saying their finance dept is looking into it .

I have never in my life left a review on any company, not even a good one as I am not really that type of person but I have never experienced such bad service before andI wouldn't wish this kind of time wasted on anyone. In detail, I sent my IPhone 7 Plus here as it was very damaged. I wanted a specialist to fix it so I came across QuickMobileFix and I thought they're website etc was very professional. Bearing in mind I paid for express delivery, a week after I sent it off, they finally called me on a mobile number saying they needed my Order ID, so I paid for a diagnostics as I wasn't sure of the problem and gave it to them. The next day I received a message that it was in the hands of their "tech team" and they would contact me shortly about the problem so I waited. A week later I tried to email or call back the mobile number that originally contacted me, no response. The mobile number no longer even dialled. I waited. Two weeks later, I received an email saying they needed the PASSCODE to my phone in order to do a diagnostics... but they said they were testing it 3 weeks ago. This is around a month after sending it off, I was fed up of waiting as they clearly weren't planning on doing anything anytime soon so I emailed them saying I wanted my phone returned to me and a full refund, which thankfully they did after waiting another week. Once I received the phone, I realised they had sent it back in PARTS, with the screen and the back not even attached to eachother. So please, please don't waste your time. I honestly believe they don't even know what they are doing.

I ordered an iPhone 7 Plus almost a month ago and they told me it would be delivered within 7-10 working days. 10 working days passed so I emailed them and they said the phone did not pass quality control tests, which sounded like an excuse to me, and that my phone would be with me by mid-week. Two weeks later and still no phone. I've asked for a refund but by reading the views, I probably won't get that either. Horrible business and horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Ordered a Iphone 8 Plus for an amazing price in pristine condition.
It came in the quoted 10 working days without a nick or scratch in sight on the phone. Been superb for the past 3 months, worth the wait for amazing savings.

As an additional feature I also like how they provide the signature strips of who has checked the phone for refurbishment as that has really assured me that the phone has been restored and tested.

Will buy further products from them in the near future.

Very Poor experience, I thought about getting a few phone due to the good deals on this website, I bought a IPhone 7 Plus before reading any of these reviews and therefore didn t know what to expect.

I ordered it and it says 7-10 days before dispatch so I thought this is wrong but I order it. The next day Borris puts the uk into partial lockdown so I decide I should cancel this order before any further delays, so I sent them a email, no replies after 48 hours, another three or four emails were sent and still nothing heard back,

We sent our phone in over 2 weeks ago, they are not answering the phone and not responding to emails - only their automated system is working - so I'm guessing they are still accepting orders and taking people's money. I am seriously concerned about our phone now, I just hope we see it again.

All the time blaming covid 19 for staff issues in the accounts department.

However I had to chase for the status of my order once I placed it after almost 2 weeks, which normally should be ok as the website says it takes up to 14 working days to deliver but I had to travel and wanted to make sure the phone arrived beforehand.

Bought iPhone 7 Black 32G for good market price and used Quick Mobile Fix partner DivideBuy to pay over 3 months interest-free. Phone arrived in perfect order and I've not found any fault.
The phone came supplied with a screen protector fitted with another spare in the case.
Also, a 12-month warranty on the phone and 3 months on the battery is also included with purchase.
I'll certainly be back for my next phone, goodbye 24-month contracts!
