After waiting threw weeks for an iPad for my granddaughter to use while she is off school I cancelled my order and requested a refund , the company told me I would have to wait 14 working days , consumer rights say refunds should be 14 calendar days, i became concerned and contacted my bank who advised i could apply for a charge back, i have emailed the company repeatedly and had no reply . I would not recommend
