Quick Mobile Fix are beyond a joke presently. I sent my iPad off for repair over a month ago. They asked me to pay some more money as there was an additional repair required which I did straight away. Since then it s been a priority fix apparently since the 26 February as I ve already been waiting some time. Bog standard emails from customer service reps named Leilah, Lucie, Jodie, Adam, and Victoria all saying Thank you for your email.Please allow 24-48 hours for an update on the repair . Well it s been a long 24-48 hours since 26 February, I thought this means 1-2 days but clearly Quick Mobile Fix aren t on the same time frame as everyone else on the planet!. Called today and spoke to Jodie, who said a supervisor would be in touch by 5pm to deal with this and no surprise there wasn t a call. I would have been more surprised if I actually got a call back to be fair!... The silly thing is I ll call again tomorrow after a long wait on the phone to get through and will get fobbed off with the same excuses. An email will follow and I m sure it will be the bog standard ones I ve been receiving!... Looking at TrustPilot it s clear to see the company isn t the best with dealing with its customers. As the saying goes, you re only as good as your last job. If these guys carry on there won t be many jobs left for them to do. Absolute Joke and possibly the worst customer service I ve come across
