Do not ever EVER use this company. If the google review allowed me to give 0 stars then I would. This companies customer service is none existent. It is impossible to get through to them using the landline, it is constantly engaged, and they take 3 days plus with prompts to respond to emails. The phone I purchased from them is faulty and 3 months after receiving the phone I am still chasing for a desirable outcome; a replacement hand set! I cannot stress enough how bad my experience has been. STEER WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and the estimated delivery time is a lie. It took 3 weeks and some periodic chasing to get my phone sent to me. I was told the delay was due to quality control checks . Turns out this was nothing but a lie because I was in fact sent a faulty phone. Lies, lies, lies, lies and more damn lies.

I will be posting negative reviews daily by these means until my issue is resolved. If is isn t resolved within 10 days I will be seeking legal action. I look forward to hearing from your Quick Mobile Fix; I will make sure not to hold my breath though.
