Worst customer service to date I have ever experienced and when I asked if they had training on customer service or being professional in the job, he took offense lol. I don't know what you mean Sir I rang this time next last week he explained and told me over the phone Sir please give it 7-10 business working days not including weekends and it shall be with you by the 10th working day. I rang up and (SHEM BTW LEFT HIS OWN REVIEW FOR THE COMPANY TO OBVIOUSLY GET BETTER STAR RATINGS AFTER HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE) told me a further 2 days have been added which means it gets dispatched Friday and yet again its further delayed by the weekend. This company is a big joke and I reckon they can't keep up with there orders or don't know how to timely organise everything. I wouldn't be surprised if the director or boss hasn't even looked at the reviews on his disgusting company. DO NOT GET TEMPTED BY THE PRICE. STAY WELL AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE DELAYED PRODUCTS AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
