I had an overall good experience with FutureTel. I called LG about the issues my phone was having and I was instructed to send it to FutureTel. I had only a few days left on my warranty, so I was worried it wouldn't be covered.
I sent my phone to them with a copy of my bill of sale and a written description of the issues I was having with the phone. I tried to be as specific as possible since I assumed it would help diagnose my issues.
I emailed FutureTel customer service after they had my phone for a couple days and a representative got back to me before the end of the day. She was helpful and told me approximately how long the repair would take.
I got my phone back after 10 business days and now it's working better than ever!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would! Took my LG G6 to these guys as it was recommended by LG when I called them. Basically the glass lens cover of my camera shattered (Camera still worked fine as I personally tested prior to drop off and the guy tested at the shop before drop off). I got a call from them saying they needed to change the lens and the camera as its defective now and it will cost $135. I told the guy that this doesn't make any sense as the camera worked fine and he kept repeating that the technician said so, total rip off (specially the $35 fee that I will not get back now!) I know the camera worked when I dropped it off, it had ZERO issues! Please refrain from going to this place and LG please change your contractor!!!

Sent the phone through Rogers phone was returned not repaired due to personal damage! Sent through Samsung phone some how has water damage now and they will not cover it!! Absolutely crooks can't believe I spent $1200 on a phone that gets dust and debris behind the camera impairing the lens.

Just wanted to compliment Melly on her excellent customer service... I sent my nexus 5x in for an issue for which it had been recalled and there were a few mixups along the way. I called futuretel and spoke with Melly and she was so professional and even offered to give me updates on what was going on with my device which was really wonderful. Awesome job Melly! To her bosses: give this woman a raise she is going great!

Had sound problems with my 1st generation Samsung Galaxy Buds. Samsung arranged to send it to FutureTel Service Center. After 4th back and from FutureTel advised to upgrade to the new Galaxy Buds+ at No charge. Now I got it and sounds are great.

Honestly - I've had my device fixed by Futuretel twice now and it's been fast, smooth, painless, and efficient. I'm very happy with their service and I honestly didn't think I would be. I have a OnePlus device which outsourced their device fixing to FutureTel...and I'm glad they do. Thanks guys - I sent me phone in to be fixed Tuesday afternoon and it just arrived this Friday morning. That's SUPER fast.

Very unprofessional of their customer service staff. Their quotation/estimates does not clearly state the problems with the device nor the breakdown of the total estimate, just a lump sum price. You don't know what you're paying the outrageous fee for. Horrible place to do business with.

These guys provide good, speedy work! My phone was fixed in no time! They use fast shipping and seem to have decent pricing. Unfortunately I got my phone back with an inlay missing. I emailed customer support and they literally shipped me an inlay THE SAME DAY!! (they also offered to have my phone shipped back to them as well). It appears they don't hesitate or cut corners when it comes to customer satisfaction!

Absolute garbage of a shop. They charged me 150$ for a phone that I sent for battery repair and claimed that the motherboard needs to be replaced too. I thought that might be the issue for battery draining so fast. I received my phone and surprise, not only the battery was not fixed, the front camera was not working too. Plus I got charged a quarter of the price of the phone with only 3 months warranty on the parts and repair.

Horrific service and heavily overpriced. Wish no one go there anymore and that place close for eternity. Seriously terrible service. Try to avoid this place. They took your phone and destroyed them, this is not futuretel, its futurehell. Worst repair service, I had to do business with them because koodo sent my huawei there. So I send my phone for repair to call me 1 week later and be told that they have found an internal physical failure and while they are not honoring their "guarantee". Result ... They want me to pay $ 200 to have it repaired or if I want to get it back I have to pay $ 35 ... Real crossover ... I am currently in the process of a formal notice and I have done a complaint to the OPC too ... To be continued ....

I had a somewhat similar experience to Thomas Bob. My LG G3 had the boot loop issue and LG required I send to FutureTel. I hadn't checked reviews or anything until after I shipped off my device on July 26th. I gave it a few days before trying to call in to check status and potential ETA. I left a message and also submitted a query online and took the apprach that I'd attarct more bees with honey than vinegar and gave FutureTel the benefit of doubt. I did receive an email response but nothing that actually answered my ETA question, apparently they needed additional info from the LG ticket. I confirmed the associate's details I spoke to (Rachel, you ROCK!) and didn't hear back. Today my phone arrived and is working fine after reinstalling, fingers crossed. I am so far satisfied with experience and would have given 5 stars but there is room to improve on their communication.

Absolutely the worst... They won't even give me a quote and just want me to send the device without giving me an idea of how much it will cost and if I choose not to fix (if the price was high for example) they would charge 35 dollars analysis fee. Poor and horrible customer service. If there is a zero star rating I will give them that.

Horrible service! My Note 4 was sent in for warranty with a glass screen protector. It was returned to me with the claim rejected, screen protector removed AND they cracked my screen!!! Now I cant exchange the phone with my service provider because of the Physical Damage which wasn't even caused by me.So now I'm left with a phone in worse condition then what I sent in. One of the most pathetic service centre i have ever visited in my life.
First of all they have two different centres for service one is phone md and other is futuretel.
I had a charging problem with my device so i went there. futuretel told me to drop it off at phone md so i went there they have a lady on the reception who is really hard to understand anyway i went to her and told her clearly that its my charging issue which is considered as a hardware problem. she took the phone without asking me anything and on the top she didnt even told me that whats the procedure and rules for the repaires and they dont even have it on the papers which they gives you as an invoice.
So they fixed my charging issue and on the top of it they did HARD RESET on my device without letting me know and i lost my whole important data.
Btw let me tell you there is no relation between charging and hard reset.
When i called their centre there was a guy i was speaking with and he was very rude he said we had to do that due to security reason.....security reason????
And he said there is nothing we can do now for you.
So it is my honest suggestion to you guys please if you have any issues with your devices and you are required to visit their centre please take everything in written from them otherwise your device will be fu**ed up without coming in to your knowledge.
I will never ever prefer anyone to visit them again.

I spoke to LG customer service they diagnosed 2 of my Nexus 5x's with boot loop issues. Was told to send them to FutureTel for FREE repair.
Received an email from LG saying that if the phone had physical, liquid damage or aftermarket parts it would be subject to a $35 diagnosis fee.
Neither of my phones had any visible damage, hadn't been exposed to liquid nor had any aftermarket parts.
They were functioning 100% fine until they went in to boot loop.
I received a $680 & $290 invoice from FutureTel claiming that one had "corrosion" on the motherboard and the other had a cracked LCD screen.
I attempted to call FutureTel 2x a day for a week with no luck, just hold music.
I then contacted LG explaining my issue and was simply told "it was clearly outlined in the email about any physical damage". Unless I were to take my phone apart and void the warranty there is no way to determine "corrosion". The other phone had no LCD damage when I sent it in.
I suggested LG clarify customer undetectable "corrosion" in the email, to which they responded "it's quite clear about liquid damage".
LG "graciously" waived the $35 diagnosis/return fee or offered me $140 each to repair the phones.
Why am I paying $140 (approx value of the phone) to repair a manufacturer defect?
Ended up asking to get my phones back. Still waiting for them.
Took a look at FutureTel reviews and realized this seems to be the norm. Fabricated phone issues, exorbitant repair fees (3x the current value of the phone).
Avoid FutureTel at all costs and hope your LG device never has a manufacturer defect.

I've read other reviews, so I was very worried about dealing with this company.
I had a problem with my HTC one camera (the typical purple tint) but the phone was not under warranty. HTC agreed to pay for the repair anyways because it was a design flaw. They told me to send it to futuretel.
The phone arrived to them on a Monday, and by Wednesday, I had it back (through FedEX). I live in Ottawa. They changed the camera, and it seems to work well. I've had the phone for an hour, and everything seems to work great.
Maybe I was lucky, but I had zero problems with the service they gave me. I was actually very surprised at how quickly I got my phone back.

Long story short, I want to share my horrible story with LG warranty + FutureTel (Canada's repair service provider)
LG G6 showed issues with speaker
Contacted LG Support and verified IMEI, S/N and warranty period. Was told to ship my phone to company called "FutureTel"
3 days later, FutureTel comes back and tell me that "CUSTOMER TAMPERED ON BATTERY COVER (AFTER MARKET)". Giving 2 options. First to pay $650 and fix my phone or $35 to get my phone back
Just to clarify, phone has never been opened obviously.
Replied back saying that it makes no sense and this shouldn't happen.
FutureTel sending a photo of phone internal with a circle(I don't even know what the f*** pic describes)
Contacted LG and escalated this issue. Waiting for response. They said executive team will investigate and respond
Summary: FutureTel breaks your phone, refuse to fix (or can they even?), then ask for your money
Lesson Learned: Never ever ship your device to FutureTel... They break your phone purposely and then ask for money. I'm not the first one to have this issue, such cases have been reported numerous times. If you absolutely have to, take a pic/video of your internals and sue FutureTel when they make shady move.
Shame on you LG and FutureTel !
EDIT 1: I got response from LG support that this case is being reviewed will keep this post updated

My phone was send there from OnePlus to repair the screen. Seeing the reviews I got scared I would never get my phone back in a working state. I got it back totally fixed 2 days after sending it over. In those 2 days I tried to call many time and waited 20 min before being redirected to a voicemail. I think that customer service is really important and Future tel absolutely need to improve this. I would give 3 stars but since my phone got fixed that quickly I decided to be fair and go with 4.

HTC told me to send my HTC one M8 here, they wanted 500$ to fix it (the phone can be bought new for under 300$) then if you want your phone back it's a 25$ ransom (fee), they know you wont pay 500$ so they get an easy 25$.

I sent my HTC One in for repair because the camera was malfunctioning (dark photos were pink) but otherwise the phone was fully operational. It was under warranty, still under a year old. A week after I shipped it in, they called me and advised me that it will cost $295 (plus tax) to fix. I said I don't understand, why isn't it covered under warranty? And they told me they found corrosion inside the phone. My phone has never been dropped or been in water. Maybe it got moisture inside it, but I thought phones are designed to handle that. Anyways I declined, they charged me a $35 (plus tax) Analysis fee and shipped it back to me using FedEx the next day. Not happy, with them or with HTC.

Nexus 6P screen repair. No communication of repair timelines. You will have to contact them for information regarding your phone and they will brush you off.
Sent phone to them, no confirmation of receipt. Called them and they were able to see it was received, and said it would be repaired within 5 days. Despite the fact that the online repair quote was 3 days, this was reasonable. 5 business days passed and no communication from Futuretel. Left a message on their line asking for the status of the repair, no reply from Futuretel 2 business days later. Unacceptable lack of repair ticket system or simple email communication from a company holding major contracts. It doesn't matter how long the repair takes, but customers need to be made aware of 1) receipt of items, 2) repair status of items and 3) repair time frame.
Finally called Huawei and informed them of the situation, since this was a Canadian phone repair and Futuretel holds the contract for their repairs. Huawei is currently communicating directly with Futuretel to determine the status and solve the problem.
Don't use this company if you don't have to.

After reviewing the information available on Google, I was scared when Huawei got me a shipping label with Future Tel as the receiver, who was gonna repair my device. There were so many bad reviews about this repair vendor. But.... What am I gonna do? This is where Huawei requested me to send to in order to perform an in warranty repair. Fine, I shipped my device out on Wednesday, they received it on Thursday. After that, I can check the repair status on their website. They took action very fast. Worked on my device right after they received it. Shipped it back to me on Friday. And I received it on Monday. I am very happy about how fast they take action and the repair was nice. No scratches. Like new.
The only complain was that they need to improve the way they pack. They shipped my phone back without any protection, the phone itself was rolling inside an empty box...No cushion, nothing... this is the reason why I gave 4 star only.

As others have said the low reviews had me worried but my experience was fine. I shipped my oneplus 3 from Alberta to have the screen replaced. I have waited for 40 minutes twice to speak to a Rep still no answer after Bell forced me to deal with LG directly I have a faulty headphone Jack input on phone...the apparent insurance I bought and pay monthly asked me too pay 249.00 for a factory defect. Sent in an LG4 for warranty boot loop repair. There is a LAWSUIT because LG knew about the issue but does not inform customers. So here is what happens, my main business device shuts off and wont come on, yes its been dropped yes its been used and slightly abused (in a case)
So now I have to use and old phone with few of my contacts and none of my schedules. Futuretel sees red on the moisture indicator on my phone and now wants to charge a minimum of 35$ for opening the phone up, if you dont pay it they keep your phone. This is so corrupt because as a consumer you are not told UPFRONT about the cost and if you dont pay they keep your device. Further LG and futuretel will not warranty the actual issue because they use the moisture indicator as an out. So now after being 4 weeks with out the device I rely on to put food on the table I have to pay out 175.00 for a problem that LG created. I will happily pay to get my phone back. However if I see the other angle LG creates a problem and makes an extra 175.00 on your device, similar crimes are used to hold businesses hostage with their data on computers. Lg has found a way to do it on their phones. Stay away from both of these companies their as crooked as they come. Also took me 5 hours on the phone to figure out where the hell my phone was and what the status was.
READ before you send your device in for repairs/wa...
READ before you send your device in for repairs/warranty.
If your device has any screen cracks, dents, external damage, they will NOT honour your warranty even if the RMA is unrelated to the external damage (battery issue, bootloops, camera, etc). They do NOT do "partial repairs" and will require you to pay for a "new" (refurbished) device. Also, BEWARE you will have to pay a $35 "analysis" fee if they deem your device out of warranty or they will keep your device. They will not tell you this beforehand.
My story:
Sent in my 6p for a battery issue (dies at 20%) and does denied warranty due to a small bend near the volume button (also a common issue caused by poor manufacturing, check jerryrigeverything on youtube).
They quoted me almost $700 to fix the frame which I, of course, denied since the device is fully functional. Huawei just said "we don't cover frame issues anymore" even thought the battery issue and the bending issue is one of the most discussed manufacturing defects online.
My argument is that I sent in the device for a BATTERY repair, not a FRAME repair. They didn't care, they said bent frame voids warranty.
I've had my CAR warrantied due to engine low compression and under the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act, they can't void warranty due to unrelated damage/modification from the main issue. For example, if my windows are smashed and put an aftermarket exhaust on my car, they can't legally void my engine warranty UNLESS they can prove those things caused the issue in the first place.
I'm sure my battery dying at 20% is NOT caused by a slightly bent frame and is definitely a manufacturing defect.
Another thing, before you send in your device for RMA, NOWHERE did it say you would have to pay an analysis fee if the device is deemed out of warranty. I did not sign any document nor was any document/email sent to me stated there was an "analysis fee". VERY misleading and shady company.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews so I'm surprised that I actually got good service from them. My Nexus 5 completely shut off and died. I brought it to my carrier who told me the warranty got void due to the back being opened so I contacted LG. They agreed to give me a free repair despite the voided warranty! The phone arrived at the facility on Wednesday and I received my phone fixed the next Monday. It's crazy I know. Make sure to include the IMEI, proof of purchase and clearly specify the problem. Was I lucky? Maybe. If I got fast and great service, you can too.

The so called LG authorized service technician at FutureTel claimed there was tampering with my phone motherboard when I purchased the phone directly from Google store and had no other repairs to date, nor had I ever opened up the phone myself. This caused the boot loop issue with my Nexus 5x to not be covered under LGs warranty. Literally impossible for any tampering. I would stay away from this business as they clearly are unqualified for the job. They sent me an invoice for more than the retail value of the phone for repairs ($840) and tried to take a 35$ service fee for analysis of the phone. Nice try. Don't waste your time here.

Sent in my Nexus 6p for a screen repair through Huawei. I've dealt with Huawei before and had great service, but since it is now toward the end of the window they specified for repairs to be completed I contacted them about the phone. They referred me to futuretel, which is where they had me send the phone for out of warranty repair. This company has non existent customer service. I was put on hold and was unable to actually speak to anyone or leave a message before I had to give up and hang up. This happened more than once. I then tried to use their online repair status tool, but it did not work with my contact phone number, the number of the phone being repaired or the rma number I received. I then tried to contact them through the contact page of their site and it kept having recaptcha errors so I am unable to find out if my phone is actually being repaired or not and how they would like to be paid. Very frustrating, definitely would not chose to use them.
ETA: I did finally get them on the phone. They were apparently not going to send back the phone until I paid which would be fine except that they never got in touch to ask for payment despite having my phone number and email and telling me that they would contact me to ask for payment. They also said they did not have my email to ask for payment but it was on the work order that I sent with the phone along with my phone number and address which they did have. So now I will be waiting another week for the phone to be repaired. Still not impressed with their customer service.

Let me be honest, I was skeptical. After reading all these reviews, I was worried even down right scared to send in my phone to Futuretel
My One Plus Two's fingerprint scanner/home button died randomly last week and I checked one the One Plus website and noticed I had one week left of my warranty, so I instantly submitted an RMA request to have my phone repaired.
I sent my phone in to Futuretel through FedEx on September 10, 2016. Four days later, September 14th, I have my phone back and working in perfect condition. They have replaced the home button completely. Futuretel even went to the trouble of installing a new screen protector for me on my phone.
I had a prompt, courteous, and positive experience with Futuretel, and I hope this can help qualm people's fears about this company in the future.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE OR ANY OTHER DEVICE TO THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PHONE!
I was told by LG to send my phone to this company to have the boot loop defect repaired; LG said the warranty would cover it for free
Was told by this SCAM company that the the repair for a Nexus 5x would be 700$, for a motherboard and a touch sensor; these were not damaged, as the phone would turn on and respond fine, but would not boot fully do to this manufacturer defect.
all they have to do is flash the BIOS with a proper image, but as they are a bunch of crooks they refuse to do so, a new NExus 5x isnt even 700$, why would the repair be that much; plus LG said it would be FREE;
There is nothing wrong with the phone
They now will not return the phone as they "looked" at it, and are trying to extort 35$ for a repair and assessment they didnt really do.
Again,
DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE OR ANY OTHER DEVICE TO THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PHONE!

We've sent the same phone back 3 times. The phone e has a known, acknowledged, HW issue with the mic. Two times it was sent back with a factory reset and a note that it was "within spec", though no indication of how it was tested or what spec it met. Certainly not the mic spec, because that would be really hard to meet with a blown mic. The third time they waited out the warranty, and sent us a quote of 250 for repair and an indication that they were planning to replace the display panel. This is quite a novel solution, since the display is fine. Also wondering why they're willing to blindly experiment now, but wouldn't do anything the first two repair attempts. It's been MONTHS now that we've been shuttling this phone back and forth. WHY is this place that Huawei and Rogers have elected to send their phones to?

I recently had to send my Samsung phone in on warranty. When Futuretel received my phone they stated that my mainboard was defective due to water damage. Since they said my phone had water damage it voided my warranty through Samsung. They offered to replace my defective mainboard if I paid them $325 to do so. I said no to this offer because my phone had never been wet, I knew this was obviously a lie. I told them to send my phone back to me and was required to pay them $25 to pay for their services (ha!). Upon receiving my phone I redownloaded the firmware. I knew to do this because I googled what the error message that was on my phone means and how to fix it. It took me just over 3 minutes to do this and was completely free. Upon doing so my phone booted up no problem and has been running perfectly ever since. Seems like a weird thing for a phone with a "defective mainboard due to water damage" to do. Either Futuretel could not figure out how to fix my phone so they made something up or they just state phone's have water damage to scam people out of their warranties and money. Either way that is no way to do business. The fact that I fixed my phone on my own is laughable. I have zero training other than 20 minutes of googling. I wish I could give zero stars but oh well.

I sent my Huawei Mate 20 pro, they took a week to send me the invoice. The staff is rude and they don't have any knowledge about what they are talking about! At the End they charge my credit card 4 times and still I'm in the process of getting my money back!!!! Ask Huawei to change your repair centre! This company is a scam!

Had a problem with Oneplus 3 camera. Out of warranty. Oneplus said the repair was free of charge because of the camera focus issue people have been having on their phones (Oneplus 3/3T).
Emailed Oneplus on Saturday. Had to wait until Monday to send it off. Tuesday, they got the phone and repaired it on the same day and shipped! Got the phone on Wednesday morning.
Fast service. Got a bit scared because of reviews on here, but definitely fast service and nothing out of the ordinary. They also flashed the latest rom on my phone, so backup what you have!

If I could give this terrible company 0 stars, I would. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with, I will never be using their services ever again. First of all, in order to prove to them my warranty was still valid, I had to send a photo of my receipt via TEXT MESSAGE that clearly stated the date of purchase (Nov 19, 2017). I then was informed shipping fees would be covered and that a shipping label would be provided to me via email. Since they never sent me a shipping label via email as promised, I had to pay $30 out of pocket to ensure it would arrive at their location before my warranty expired. I saved the receipts and asked if they would reimburse me for the shipping fees - nope. They then proceeded to tell me my warranty was void, I was able to confirm my warranty did not expire until Nov 19, 2018, the same day my tablet arrived at their location. November 21 I had received another email stating because they deemed physical damage done was done to the charging port, warranty would not cover this, which is completely understandable. Futuretel sent me an invoice for $175.55 plus tax for the repair of the charging port. Just to clarify, the tablet is only $150.00 brand new.
I asked if they would return the tablet to me as is because it was not worth it to pay more than what it's worth. They said "yes, after a payment of $35 +tax is made for the shipping fees. Please contact ###-#### to arrange for payment." Needless to say, I told them to keep the tablet and my family and I will never be using Futuretel as a Service Centre ever again. It was horrible customer service and a complete rip off.

Took my LG g4 phone to get fixed under warranty and the people there were great. Turnaround time was very quick. Quicker then expected.
Plus they have a really cool wall with a museum of cellphones from the beginning to the most recent.
Would go back again as well as recommended to others.

Never authorized my cell to go there and they want me to pay 35 to get a broken phone back. They claim the phone is not under warranty because they claim water damage and physical damage. They are making false claims. The phone was never wet and never damaged. Why is it that they say this, time and time again, customer after customer. They are a fraudulent company.

1. They fixed my phone and shipped it to me without sending me an email to confirm or a tracking number for me to check on it.
2. Talked to lady on the phone and she said their policy is "To not provide the tracking number unless customer asks for it".
3. I asked what was the comment technician left when he fixed my phone, lady said she will put me on hold but instead she dropped the call.
I still haven't gotten my phone and will wait to see if they fixed it properly but customer service has been atrocious.

Sent my bootlooped LG G4 for repair but took them a month to fix it. I don't mind about the duration of the repair, what I'm mad about is after they fixed it. I sent my phone together with battery and back cover (as per LG Rep instruction) but didn't received my battery. I asked them about it but told me they didn't receive any battery. (Really?!) Good thing i have extra. I also got my case but with few broken latch and it won't lock with my phone anymore. I just used my protective case to tuck it.
Customer service is really bad! They didn't even bother to tell me that my phone is fixed and been sent for delivery. Didn't even spent a little time to write a short email hey, your phone is done, here's a tracking number blah blah blah!
Won't deal with them again!

Just in line with the rest of the comments here; I should have listened and looked for alternatives.
Phone shipped to them at the end of June for cracked screen.
Received call from them on August 1 (!!!) for their estimate. They estimated over $300 to fix a screen something that a nearby store would do for $150 within two hours.
I declined. Had to pay $25 "analysis fee".
A **month** later, the phone arrived back to me in Vancouver in a bubble-wrap envelope, virtually unprotected.
To recap: over two months for returning a phone completely unprocessed.

On my Gear Fit2 Pro one of the wrist bands came off while I was running. The metal insert into the band silicone that keeps it attached to the watch is a very poorly designed. This is when I decided to send it for repairs being under warranty and I was directed to Futuretel by Samsung.
Customer service is one of the worst I ever dealt with. After waiting almost 3 weeks I was told that the liquid got inside and damaged the board and the wrist band breaking was due to physical damage and is not covered by the warranty. I was asked $338 for repairs and $35 dollars for the shipping.
I explained them that according to Samsung website the device is made to withstand liquids. The only liquid that came in contact with was my sweat. I refused to pay and called Samsung. Samsung plays the same record and refuses to cover the warranty claiming liquid damage. If the device is made to swim and it supposed to last up to 5 ATM how liquid got inside??? Spend numerous hours on the phone with them and got nowhere.
Now a couple of hundred dollars later I m without a fitness device, and more frustrated than ever.
This is what classifies this product under the false Performance Claim and Misleading Advertising and in Canada there is a law for this under the Competition Act.
"At the federal level, the Competition Act is the primary legislation governing advertising and marketing. The Competition Act contains both general criminal and civil misleading advertising provisions, which prohibit false or misleading representations made to the public to promote a product or any business interest."
Anybody knows a good lawyer?
