As others have said the low reviews had me worried but my experience was fine. I shipped my oneplus 3 from Alberta to have the screen replaced. Took about ten days from shipping it to receiving it back. The new screen is perfect. They quoted me a price for the repair and asked for approval before carrying out the repairs. I would use their service again
