Had a problem with Oneplus 3 camera. Out of warranty. Oneplus said the repair was free of charge because of the camera focus issue people have been having on their phones (Oneplus 3/3T).

Emailed Oneplus on Saturday. Had to wait until Monday to send it off. Tuesday, they got the phone and repaired it on the same day and shipped! Got the phone on Wednesday morning.

Fast service. Got a bit scared because of reviews on here, but definitely fast service and nothing out of the ordinary. They also flashed the latest rom on my phone, so backup what you have!
