The so called LG authorized service technician at FutureTel claimed there was tampering with my phone motherboard when I purchased the phone directly from Google store and had no other repairs to date, nor had I ever opened up the phone myself. This caused the boot loop issue with my Nexus 5x to not be covered under LGs warranty. Literally impossible for any tampering. I would stay away from this business as they clearly are unqualified for the job. They sent me an invoice for more than the retail value of the phone for repairs ($840) and tried to take a 35$ service fee for analysis of the phone. Nice try. Don't waste your time here.
