Horrible service! My Note 4 was sent in for warran...

Horrible service! My Note 4 was sent in for warranty with a glass screen protector. It was returned to me with the claim rejected, screen protector removed AND they cracked my screen!!! Now I cant exchange the phone with my service provider because of the Physical Damage which wasn't even caused by me.So now I'm left with a phone in worse condition then what I sent in. Totally unacceptable!
