Just in line with the rest of the comments here; I should have listened and looked for alternatives.

Phone shipped to them at the end of June for cracked screen.
Received call from them on August 1 (!!!) for their estimate. They estimated over $300 to fix a screen something that a nearby store would do for $150 within two hours.

I declined. Had to pay $25 "analysis fee".

A **month** later, the phone arrived back to me in Vancouver in a bubble-wrap envelope, virtually unprotected.

To recap: over two months for returning a phone completely unprocessed.
