Just wanted to compliment Melly on her excellent customer service... I sent my nexus 5x in for an issue for which it had been recalled and there were a few mixups along the way. I called futuretel and spoke with Melly and she was so professional and even offered to give me updates on what was going on with my device which was really wonderful. Awesome job Melly! To her bosses: give this woman a raise she is going great!
