My phone was send there from OnePlus to repair the screen. Seeing the reviews I got scared I would never get my phone back in a working state. I got it back totally fixed 2 days after sending it over. In those 2 days I tried to call many time and waited 20 min before being redirected to a voicemail. I think that customer service is really important and Future tel absolutely need to improve this. I would give 3 stars but since my phone got fixed that quickly I decided to be fair and go with 4.
