I have waited for 40 minutes twice to speak to a Rep still no answer after Bell forced me to deal with LG directly I have a faulty headphone Jack input on phone...the apparent insurance I bought and pay monthly asked me too pay 249.00 for a factory defect. Everything related to Bell is costly poor service and disadvantages the consumer....I expect the long waits and poor service is just another in the long list and countless phone calls I have made all for a factory defect from LG.
