1. They fixed my phone and shipped it to me without sending me an email to confirm or a tracking number for me to check on it.
2. Talked to lady on the phone and she said their policy is "To not provide the tracking number unless customer asks for it".
3. I asked what was the comment technician left when he fixed my phone, lady said she will put me on hold but instead she dropped the call.
I still haven't gotten my phone and will wait to see if they fixed it properly but customer service has been atrocious.
