I was told by LG to send my phone to this company to have the boot loop defect repaired; LG said the warranty would cover it for free
Was told by this SCAM company that the the repair for a Nexus 5x would be 700$, for a motherboard and a touch sensor; these were not damaged, as the phone would turn on and respond fine, but would not boot fully do to this manufacturer defect.
all they have to do is flash the BIOS with a proper image, but as they are a bunch of crooks they refuse to do so, a new NExus 5x isnt even 700$, why would the repair be that much; plus LG said it would be FREE;
There is nothing wrong with the phone
They now will not return the phone as they "looked" at it, and are trying to extort 35$ for a repair and assessment they didnt really do.
