Never authorized my cell to go there and they want me to pay 35 to get a broken phone back. They claim the phone is not under warranty because they claim water damage and physical damage. They are making false claims. The phone was never wet and never damaged. Why is it that they say this, time and time again, customer after customer. They are a fraudulent company.
