avoid dealling with them .... bunch of crook... they change other part that have nothing to do with the problem... like my tablet wont power on .... on the paper they change the camera ..... that use to work perfect before..... real crook

Well intentioned and friendly staff. Having trouble fixing a watch to count floors. The blame is the manufacturer though. Service centre can't be held liable for the manufacturer. Overall I think it's a really good service centre.
They don't read any word in your emails and respond after very long time with useless information. They are not helpful at all. Try to avoid this business. Especially, Motorola Department (Susana, Karen, VICTOR ARMANDO SOLORZANO)
They had my $600 watch, replaced the main board, battery, cover. Watch still overheated and shut down after repair. They couldnt identify, fix, or deal with the problem. Sent them emails, think their avoiding me. They told samsung theres nothing wrong, I have pictures proving otherwise. Theyr all superhero talk praising their high quality on the internet, but no action. Im fighting samsung now because futuretel failed to determine the issue. Either lies or unintelligence, or both.
Do not send in your phone for repair!!! I sent my Nexus 6 to this FutureTel for repair under the warranty, It was not signal problem and difficulty to turn on sometimes, but there was no physical as i show the pictures to the Motorola, two days later they returned me a phone of broken LCD, damaged motherboard, and burning on the back case, then the Motorola tried to decline the warranty.
Terrible service ! I would need to ship my phone from Quebec and they would not give me any prices, not even a base price for looking at it ! ..they just want me to send in my phone with a blank cheque, crazy ! this place must be scamming people !
I sent my device for repair to futuretel and it came back with minor scratches. I do not know why the LG company still do business with this company for the repair of cell phones photo supports it. I brought it to a fido store and I bring it in good condition and I receive it damaged.
I sent my 1 month old phone to Futuretel for repair under Samsung warranty as it would no longer charge. Futuretel did not provide details but claimed that the warranty was void due to physical damage. I sent many requests to understand the issue and the causation of the problem since the phone was working fine until this issue occurred at random with no precipitating event (e.g.. It was not dropped or got wet or anything like that). They sent me the same response 3 times when I tried to get clarification and respectfully asked if there was others I could talk to who may know more. I've found there customer service representatives to be unknowledgable and unhelpful and if I had a choice I would not use there services. It is unfortunate this is the head quarters for Samsung's repairs.
I sent my LG G4 in for boot-loop repairs under warranty as instructed by LG. LG told me it would be about 8 days turn around. It ended up being over a month and a half! First off, they didn't know where my phone was. Future Tel would not answer their calls or e-mails. They 'escalated' the requests. Nothing. Then LG gave me the contact information and asked me to call them. So i did, no response, one email, then another then they finally got back to me! They said the address they had for me was wrong and the phone was returned to them. They didn't have any contact information so couldn't get ahold of me. All complete lies. They could have simply contacted LG with my phones IMEI number and gotten all of my details. (Which I had also written boldly on the package as per their request).
The fact is that they lied when they could have simply told me they had forgotten about my device.
The repair was done and my phone operates but they managed to put a big scratch in my screen. I would complain, but I know they wouldn't care in the least.
Called LG customer service, received case number, sent my LG G4 (3 month out of warranty) for boot loop repair to FutureTel, received it in exactly two week as advised by LG CS. Phone is now working 100%. Smooth and pleasant experience with these guys.
AAAAAAMMMMMMMMAAAAAAAAZZZZZZZZZIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGG SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pretty decently fast service and friendly staff. Hope my phone doesnt go on the fritz again.
I'm at my wit's end. I've sent my brand new Samsung Galaxy Book in to be repaired twice because it refuses to charge and they keep giving it back unfixed. They say "Oh, we replaced this or did this," but the one thing they haven't done is tested it to see if it works. It doesn't. I've wasted hours with these people now. Hours. All to have a brand new machine that won't turn on or take a charge.
Overall experience was terrible. Both Futuretel and Huawei. Sent in a Nexus 6p because it bricked itself after an update. Phone was useless. Sent it in Nov. 16. It arrived the Nov. 18th. Heard nothing till today (Dec. 16), after 4 phone calls and escalations over the past MONTH just to find out what is going on. Phone was less than 9 months old, but the camera glass did have a crack which occurred in the first two weeks. So voided warranty, but the problem is completely unrelated to a cracked camera glass. 8.5 months of perfect operation, but then there is a software issue and it can only be remedied for $389. Oh and $25 analysis fee paid within 30 days if you want to get your phone back, or else they keep your worthless phone. Just flat out unsatisfied. Definitely would recommend any other solution you can think of.
Couldn't be happier with the result. I sent my phone in for repair and got it back 8 days later for a fair price. The service is great because you can track the progress of your phone and it gave me some nice updates. There were no problems whatsoever and I am very happy with how my phone turned out.
This place is useless, terrible, useless, and terrible. Did I mention it's useless and terrible? No customer service. They leave you on hold for ever, and ever, and ever... And IF you get someone on the phone, they're not willing to do anything for anyone. They don't return calls or emails. They're clearly still in business ONLY because they have a contract with CAT. Stay away from this place. If it were possible on here, I wouldn't even give it one star.
My 3 month old samsung galaxy tab s6 lite was sent to futuretel for repair for charging issues. I was told that my warranty was void because it was physical damage, a broken LCD screen. I refused to have it repaired because it was going to cost $252.00. My tablet was never dropped or bumped. So how does a LCD screen break?was my question. I spoke to a very rude employee at futuretel asking how a LCD screen would break all he said was it was physical damage. I paid to have my tablet returned to me. It has a very large crack in the screen now, that wasn't there when it was sent to them. What a horrible company to deal with.
I dont even know where to begin...so i will leave out most details.
They have had my phone almost 5 weeks. Yesterday it was finally located after informing me that a) it had shipped back to me 2 weeks ago b) last week i was infrormed it had shipped to my carrier in error Turns out they have been sitting on it the whole time, despite the fact that I very properly enclosed documentation with my email contact as well as a return number which additionally wasvery clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Now they have emailed me a quote to replace the screen for $254., and they are insisting that I pay them $25 for the privilege of quoting...and taking in excess of a month to do so.
Sent my phone in for almost 4 weeks with no feedback. I have tracking showing my phone was delivered and signed for by receptionist. Tried to track phone status on the web portal, and says phone number does not exist. Tried to fill in the contact form and an error message is always popping up saying captchabis not correct. I just need status on my phone's repair and when I will expect it back!
FutureTel handled my OnePlus repair and they did it really quickly. It was back in my hands in less than a week, even with a long weekend factored in. Good to know there's a local company to handle these repairs after I was turned down from several other shops.
LG G5 Phone was sent here from Fido on Jan. 12, 2017. Problem: power button on the back, which is also the home button and finger sensor stopped working. Sent in for repair. Phone returned to Fido store for pickup on Jan.
Power button worked!
Unfortunately, OS would not boot up with SIM card inserted. Without SIM, Android OS would boot. After a factory reset, everything worked, but the OS would randomly crash and restart the phone. This happened for a couple of days and now the entire phone won't even boot. When plugged in, there's no signal of it receiving an electric charge.
Feb. 2, 2017: Being sent back to this place for repair, via Fido. Not sure what they're going to do, but it's far worse than when they received it. I would have kept the faulty button had I known this would happen. :/
Is zero star an option? Futuretel is completely useless. I sent my LG G4 in for a boot loop issue (which is a known manufacturer problem) and they tell me there is corrosion on the mainboard? Also, they want to charge $35 analysis fee? Don't understand that one. And the best one yet, they say "YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY RELINQUISHING YOUR DEVICE IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE/PAYMENT REC/D WITHIN 30 DAYS" ?!?! Are you kidding me! Then they go onto say it will cost $500 for repairs for something that is a manufacturers problem. AVOID AT ALL COST! They have had my phone for 2 weeks now and it is a pain to have them release it.
Nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone, no ETA on service requests, pricing is stated at $120.00-$320.00 and will almost always be $320.00. Unless you are going through your provider and your repair is under warranty I wouldn't recommend having your phone serviced here.
Future Tel is a bait and switch operation. Sent in an LG for repair, they claim they cannot touch it before I pay them $300+ to fix the screen chip. I've attached a photo. Issue has nothing to do with the screen, but they want to make more money. Read the other reviews.
I'm not sure why I'm shocked after reading all the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ONLY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE ENCOUNTERED WAS LG. PURE GARBAGE.
Had to send my Nexus 6p in for warranty repairs due to a GPS issue. Phone was returned with a factory reset, which I've already done, not fixed. Sent it back and they replaced the part. Had an email conversation with their support (Benjamin) who was totally on the ball! Provided great insight on the steps for both instances. Wish the techs put as much care as he has. Thanks Benjamin!
It was so easy to submit the request over the portal. Dropped of the unit as it is closer to where i live and the turn around time was so fast and the repair was done perfectly. I would recommend futuretel to anyone. Completely satisfied with everything. Keepbup the good work.
useless service centre , keep you on endless hold .. PLEASE NOTE: When they cant fix your item , they will physically harm the product and put the blame on you. BEWARE OF THEIR LITTLE SCAM. suggest you take pictures before you sent it for repair
** Please read my edit below ** I have a Huawei Nexus 6p and its battery was dying at around 25% (it would just shut off). I called Huawei support and they said it was covered until October 2017 and that they would replace the battery. I only had to pay shipping one way ($14 via Canada Post).
I shipped it out the morning of Thursday and received it fixed the following Wednesday. Less than a week and it was fixed and back in my possession!
My only complaint was that they removed the tempered glass screen protector, but I was informed beforehand that the screen protector would most likely be removed. My phone repair was quicker than ordering a screen protector replacement (ordered same day)!
Great job with quick service - thanks!
Edit: I forgot to mention that I was able to call their support number and talk to a person about the status. I forgot to include my return address (I assumed Huawei would have sent it along), so they called me and had me email it over. I called a few days later for a status update and talked to one of the reps without an issue!
Edit: a short while after receiving my phone, I realized they had damaged the proximity sensor. I sent it back for a repair again (covered by Huawei), and the left debris under the lens glass, scratched the back, and bent the aluminum side. After the third time, they replaced it with a new Nexus 6p. It was nice to get a new phone, but they technicians are garbage. It took A LOT of arguing and time on the phone and sending emails with Huawei to get this covered on the 2nd and 3rd time. Cellular Magician or the mall shops are a million times better. I would never send them a device again, even if it was covered.
Customer service was great, Motorola had it great setting up the repair, turnaround time was incredible. Would highly recommend, we forgot the Proof Of purchase and we sent it in. Incredible experience!
I won't lie . When OnePlus asked me to send my phone to futuretel , I googled them and saw all these horrible reviews . I was scared , but I was suprised by their quickness . It only took 3 days to repair my jammed volume button and this is including me shipping it to them and them shipping it back .
I did not even want to give them one star, but you have to Gove them something to be able to post. Do not use this company. They do not keep to their promises or warranties. They are dishonest about their service, violate their contracts and agreements and try to weasel their way out of their work when it is shoddy to start with. If your phone provider or maker suggests sending your phone to them, ask for a different option, letting them know about the worst service ever. I sent my phone to them as advised by LG Mobile Canada for a warranty repair. The phone came back and basically had the same problems. I contacted LG who advised me to return to Futuretel under warranty (Futuretel's lied about warranty within 90 days from repair) and they provided me with an authorization number to provide to Futuretel. I made notes on the submission about the warranty claim, LG's response and authorization number, repeat of same problems so it would be clear. After checking my phone over, they sent me an email saying it would not be covered under warranty because it was damaged. The phone I sent was in great condition and was packaged in it's original box and extremely well protected. The only damage would have to have been some inept Futuretel staff dropping the phone at their service centre. They had the gaul to provide me a quote for repair over $800...the phone isn't even worth that new!
I had to change the battery on my Nexus 6P and I wanted an OEM one. Huawei told me to go to this shop. Here I was in the morning.. checking the doors around until I saw a sign saying that I have to drop my device at Phone MD, unit 12. Got inside and asked the receptionist if this is the right place to drop a phone for FutureTel. She was annoyed because I didn't follow her order to take a seat and I had the gut to ask such question. Someone else came from the back and I have explained him that I want only to change the battery, no other test, checks, etc. After a while he realized I'm more stubborn than him and agreed to only change the battery, without any other "tests". What I liked: - They changed the battery in 2 hours, the glass panel around camera has been changed as well (probably was broken when the phone was open). - No damage on the phone. - The guy who dealt with me was patient and flexible. What I didn't like: - unfriendly receptionist. Called her a day in advance to make sure they have the battery on stock. She said "We have to come here to know that". I was asking if they have it on stock and she replay "I'm sure we have it today, but that doesn't mean we are going to have it tomorrow". - Huawei Canada quoted me $65 for battery, labor and shipping. I dropped and pickup the phone, there was no shipping cost, but they still charged me $65 before tax. -Huawei told me they open at 8 AM. Checked the info on Google Maps, it was 8:30, but they open at 9 AM. They explain the schedule it's for FutureTel, not for Phone MD, but, you can't drop your phone somewhere else, you have to wait for them to open.
Sent my phone in due to a bootloop. Heard nothing back from them and still waiting on a phone 3 weeks later. Utterly terrible. I just want my phone back now.
Had an unrecoverable bootloop on my Nexus 6P and contacted Huawei for a replacement, I was reffered to FutureTel. I immediately looked at these reviews and was extremely afraid to send my device in with soo many negative reviews. BUT I had no other options and took the plunge! Sent it in on October 24th and I received my Nexus 6P back on November 4th. It had it's motherboard replaced and came back in perfect condition! Phone works like new again! I definitely would send my device back (if it bootloops again.) without a single worry. Thanks FutureTel! Cheers!
My Galaxy S8 had problems right out of the box randomly toggling off WiFi. I looked for solutions from Samsung and was given all sorts of setting changes to try. Finally took it into Koodo about an hour away. They sent to Futuretel and within a week I had it back fixed perfectly. Great Service !
Terrible terrible service. They don't consider other people's finances when repairing. They find something else "broken" and they make you repair everything as oppose to other repair shops would simply let you fix what you deem more important to fix. The rep says "we can't do partial repairs."
I have a feeling they also scam people behind closed doors. They probably break a part just to ask for more money.
Sent my nexus 6p for repairs under warranty. Got it back after a week. Although they do not answer the phone, they replied to an email I sent them. Futuretel is a really big company and they have contract with the big 3s for phone repairs. I have worked in telecommunications for 7 years and have dealt with them numerous time. I stand by their work!
Pretty useless they had my phone for 2 months.impossible to contact .sent thru wind mobile wind is pretty useless in regards to when i inquired about my phone all i got was useless babble .as soon as mu contract is done with wind I'll be moving on if not sooner.
I am actually mind boggled with the service that I received from Futuretel. I just received my phone back after they claim that they have repaired it and replaced some parts. After looking at my phone's USB Cable, How can I believe that they actually did anything with the phone! How can they even send a customer back a charger in this condition! I guess the picture will speak better than words! Literally a USB cable that is melted on the inside. I guess no one bothered to even inspect!
My Brand new Phone was sent here by Freedom Mobile to diagnose issues of light leaking around the screen. I received the phone back two weeks later with a diagnosis of physical damage, and repairs were quoted at more than the phone was worth new.
super slow service - no e-mail confirmation on time (i always had to call in to check up) and no proper estimate of completion. Best to go to walk-ins. I still don't even have my phone back
Same as the last reviewer. When I got my request with LG complete they told me to send my phone here for repair (this was last Friday). Then I went online and started reading the reviews about this place, which got me a bit worried... However, I just got my phone (a week later) and so far seems to be working 100%. I did not talk to anyone at this facility directly so I cannot comment on that. The repair seems fine, however. BTW, my problem was the dreaded LG bootloop, which LG admitted earlier this year to be their fault.
Was apprehensive coming here after reading all the poor reviews and horror stories. I'm so glad I got my phone serviced from here. Staff were incredibly friendly, patient with all my inquiries and even got my phone back to me the same day. My only complaint is that I had to drive all the way to Markham, but it was all worth it considering I got my phone fixed at no extra cost.
Absolute lack of customer focus. After trying to get a repair done to another flawed Samsung product and watching as they provided no help to the customers in front of me they wasted time with redundant and irrelevant information gathering and wanted to charge additional fees to access a warranty repair that was self evident - a separated band. Don't waste your time with this Samsung authorized repair establishment.
By looking at the the reviews i was afraid of sending my LG G4 to Futuretel. But they actually fixed it! My phone had a boot loop issue and I sent my phone on July 18 2016 and revived it on August 2. By the way there was a main board problem and the part back ordered. Also Futuretel doesn't usually pick up your calls so be aware! Since they never answered I called Lg and they paid for the main board which was awesome but I paid for the shipping by Canada post which costed me about 12 with 1 day shipping from my city and tracking which wasn't bad. When I called lg I was lied to one of there representative and Mark said "it has been shipped" but he didn' t know by who plus he said "it was shipped that day". The next day I called they said it just starting shipping even though it was suppose to be at my house. Overall I giving it a 4 star because i was surprise that my phone was fixed but Mark lied to me.
I've read bad reviews but i dont know why. Im giving 5 star coz they fixed my lgpad in 3 days. Forgot my pin, sent it with PURO to futuretel. While waiting for my pad. Im reading bad comments about them. Surprisingly aftwr 3 days got my Lgpad no scratch, no cracks or anything send it as it is. Then sent back to me as it is and they fixed it with no charge. Thanks guys. Keep it up!
** This review is for Phone MD because Samsung gave me a recommendation for one of the authorized repair center. Phone MD and Futuretel combine the place since their work shop is connected. **
These guys are amazing! Went to get my Samsung galaxy Note 8 to get my back glass repaired.
They are very professional and honest as they are one of the authorized companies for repairs and services. No trouble of interaction with their service rep. They also notify you regarding what is being repaired as well. Sometimes you think the phone is just has a broken screen and that's it but there is more to it than that so they are very through. Like I said, authorized repair center so they have to follow the rules.
Speedy service as I dropped my phone on Wednesday and got a call the next day saying it was done. Signed their form so it is documented.
I will come back again because of their honesty and services. You have to understand that some repairs costs more than the phone (if old and such) because of parts and labour. If you don't understand how the business or system goes, don't get disappointed because that's how the computer and technology are nowadays.
I have always purchased Samsung TV's and computer monitors for our business. For the first time in 9 years I had an issue with a computer monitor. It is a 32' curved monitor. I recognize Samsung is not the cheapest product in the market and my decisions over the years to pay a premium have been validated. The monitor mentioned above stopped working properly. I called Samsung directly. They asked for the S/N of the monitor. I was on the phone for roughly ten minutes. They arranged for the monitor to be picked up the very next day to be sent to E-Link. The monitor arrived back today after 7 business days working perfectly. Great customer service is hard to put a price on. Thank you E-Link.
Terrible service. Poor communication. Subpar repair quality. They refused to partially fix my device despite my signing a waiver they requested. The piece they wanted too "fix" was completely functional and did not affect my device at all. I regret sending my device for service entirely. They told OnePlus to have me sign a waiver which I did. And then still refused to only partially repair the phone. Then when they told OnePlus they finally would, they DID NOT. And sent the phone back unrepaired and without providing tracking information to me. All communication with these clowns were rude, unhelpful, and frankly useless. These guys are purely out to take your money
Very pleased with the service and the response time. Maybe the previous negative feedback got their attention. Best service I have received anywhere for a while Thanks all!!
I had sent out my Samsung S10 for repair 3 times to them and all 3 times they said NFF- No Fault Found meanwhile every time I would go pick up my phone everything went wrong with it. Turned off over 10 times a day, would freeze, would heat up you name it! I work for a Rogers dealer for almost 20 years and never had an issue with my phone until now and their service was soo bad! I know for a fact they probably never even checked it. I then escalated the issue to a Samsung rep and she told me to go to Service Absolut in Montreal (my city). When I went there and I told them my issues, they immediately replaced the mother board and I got my phone back and ready by the next day! My phone works amazingly well now! So Futuretel, your service is the WORST!! And I'll make sure to NEVER recommend you to my clients or friends and family!!!! I'm shocked Rogers still deals with you! You should be ashamed of your service!
Sent my G4 phone as per LG for boot loop repair to FutureTel. They said the phone was out of warranty because the IMEI sticker was missing and the display was tampered. Now they want $637 (!) for repair or $35 assessment fee or keep the phone ($200) if not paid.
Why don't they disclose all the conditions that they deem out of warranty, costs involved and the 3 options before returning. I like some many others get an rude shock only after they take possession. Checking their web site none of this information is disclosed.
They seem to use unsuspecting customers to their advantage but I guess their real customers are the phone companies not consumers.
Absolute scammers along with their partners Samsung...had an warranty issue with an A 5...they insisted it was physical damage causing a broken mainboard...wanted $250 to fix it... Got the phone back...turns out there was no pphysical damage or mainboard issue...likely a faulty charger..thy refused to compensate...i had bought a new phone rather than fork over $250
I just recently sent my phone out for repair and it was repaired and sent back within a few days. Absolutely fantastic service was given by FutureTel and prompt email response by Ben! My phone works perfectly and they even repaired a part on the device that wasn't asked about.
Too many people feel the need to complain when something isn't up to their unreachable standards but I feel that compliments and good reviews seems to be few and far between lately.
As to some other reviews that I have read...
1) Of course FutureTel wants to see your phone prior to giving an estimate. It is almost impossible to quote something without seeing it, it could be a multitude of issues!
2) Liquid damage and/or physical damage is never covered under a manufacturer's warranty. The company that manufacturers your phone write the warranty details. FututeTel is just the authorized repair center for that company.
3) Yes. FutureTel may charge you an estimate fee if you decline your estimate or if it cannot be repaired due to extensive damage. They have spent their time and money on something that you probably knew was either damaged or not repairable.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company then I have with FutureTel. I sent in a broken LG G4 that was supposedly was going to be covered free of charge. After sending in the phone I heard absolutely nothing from them, no phone calls or emails. After contacting them multiple times I finally received a answer. Not only did they do nothing with the phone but they were demanding I pay $700 for repairs. After getting no clear response as to why I was being charged after they OUTRIGHT said it was going to be covered I demanded my phone back. Not only did I have to pay $40 for shipping charges but it's been almost a month since I haven't received my phone. Not only that but I have to send them multiple emails asking if I am ever going to get my phone back because if you don't reach out to them they'll forget you even existed. FUTURETEL ARE BASICALLY SCAMMERS!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!! They overcharge you, they don't repair your device and they absolutely have no communication with you at all. Don't make the same mistake I did when I decided to deal with this company.
I woild give them 0 stars. But i guess i cant. Horriffic customer service. Worst i have ever experienced. They have had my g4 for two months. Sent it in to get boot loop issue fixed. I'm still waiting for them to fix it.
You call and sit on hold for 20+ minutes. Then you leave a voicemail and they NEVER call back. I'm convinced there is only one employee at this call centre.
I sent in my MOTO 360 for warranty repair in November of 2015, i gave them about 15-17 days before i called to confirm and i could not reach anyone for almost one month. once I reached someone I spoke with an operator and he said they will get back to me as soon as they fix it, I work in service so i know sometimes things take time, I call back about a month later, same thing. this went on for almost ONE YEAR!!!!!! I got really anger this november of 2016 and i would not stop calling, finally, I got a response.....they lost my brand new watch watch!!!!! which i owned for less then a 2 months before it broke. So they said they shipped me a new one, turns out for the report they shipped me a used refurbished watch with scratches on it, and it has been almost 3 weeks from the time they said they would ship it, i still don't have it.
so to sum up my review, I Bought a watch used it for 2 months, it broke, sent it in, waited over a year, head endless headaches, ended up getting someone else's used watch back and still have not yet received it in the mail....
Futuretel service is straight out of a poor 3rd world country, I will never buy a Motorola product again. so people, if you want to throw anything away, or you just don't want it anymore, send it to Futuretel so they can lose it for you, aka take it for themselves.
Will I recommend their repair service to a friend....NO but will I recommend their trash removal service, any day of the week.
My Oneplus 6 had a flickering screen issue. I was directed by Oneplus support to send my phone to Futuretel for warranty work. Since I live close by, I decided to simply drop off my phone instead of shipping it via courier.
I dropped off my phone on Monday, around 3pm at PhoneMD (Next door to Futuretel), the receptionist took the phone, and gave me a receipt. On the very next day, I got a call back at 12:30 letting me know that the phone was ready for pickup.
I got my phone and it turns out that the LCD was defective. Futuretel changed the LCD and my Oneplus 6 is good as new. A turn around time of 1 day is amazing customer service.
Charged $300 more than OnePlus quoted me, forgot my USB cable in return shipping. Not helpful at trying to just fix the screen which cracked, which was my main concern. Very weird structure they have. Not recommended
Good experience with futuretel. Not much communication with them for the first two weeks they had my phone but when it was fixed they called me to be aware of the package. They fixed my Nexus 5x boot loop very well.
Sent my Nexus 5X in to be repaired with a bootloop issue On the 2nd of Aug and its now the 21st of Aug and its still not done yet, wouldn't recommend them at all. you might as well just too to cell2fix or a better 3rd party place cause they do things quicker and their not over priced
My experience is just a nightmare. No reasonable rejection of warranty service with poor communication with LG and myself! My legitimate service was delayed for 5 months! This business shouldn't exist in Canada.
Worst company ever along with Lg. Unbelievable. Customer service?? There is no such thing in this company as customer service. You call and you either get disconnected or they never pick up the phone. Sent my g4 unlocked and got it back locked to Rogers - LOL. Avoid those bunch of clowns.
Cracked v30 screen, two day turn around, very friendly and professional, also post work they made sure my phone still passed the ip68 rating which I have heard is difficult to keep. Thanks Futuretel.
big rip-off. No customer service. I was asked by LG to sent to phone here for bootloop issue and they invoiced me $600 for cracked screen issued. When my phone is in great condition and not a single mark on the screen.
When I saw that my OnePlus RMA shipping label was from FutureTel, naturally I looked them up on Google, and suddenly I was terrified because of all the negative reviews. However, my experience turned out great! I dropped my phone in a FedEx dropbox on Monday morning and Wednesday morning FedEx rang at my door with my phone. Hardware issue was fixed, no hidden fees, nothing! OnePlus had told me it would be approximately 10 business days and it took only 2.
I wish if i read these comments before sending my phone for repair, what is said here in the feedback is all right. bad service no one answer the phone or reply to your email
Sent my LG G4 in for repair after my motherboard fried (the phone wasn't even a year old). First, they didn't let me drop off the phone, it had to be shipped. When I finally shipped the phone they took over a week to look at it. Instead of "repairing" the device they sent me back a different phone which was LOCKED. I sent in an unlocked phone which I paid to get done!!!!! I've been trying to contact them but no response! Worst service and super unprofessional.
Poor customer service. They are able to send you a 'QUOTATION' of $ 420 for a product under warranty with LG. Afterwards, when you want to chat with them it's impossible. No response after 3 emails. As for LG, I have little applause for them but I will not go into details more than that is irrelevant ... I hope that phone manufacturers like LG will do business with future with a repair company that respects its customers more.
I sent in my HTC One S earlier this year, when the vibration function stopped working. Not only did they replace the vibration module, but they also replaced the battery and the screen, and put it back together flawlessly.
I was very happy and impressed with their work.
Edit: Update: I finally sent in my HTC One for the dreaded red camera issue (RMA'd through HTC), and they replaced the camera sensor without issues. Good stuff!
