I cannot recommend this tour company. I booked a holiday apartment in Sweden with fewo-direkt. When I asked what the cancellation policy for the corona crisis was like, I received the objectively incorrect answer after far too long that there was no travel warning from the Federal Foreign Office for our destination. So far no response to another email from me. Nobody can be reached by phone. I understand that not everything is going well in the current situation. But you can't do that.

Never again! Too bad that you can not give 0 stars. Better book your trips elsewhere. As soon as something goes wrong one is abandoned mercilessly. Our honeymoon have become a disaster through bad advice and we have received even after various contact and the request for help only standard answers. Incredibly bad service. Next year, we will pick up our honeymoon through another provider, where we will take care of the customers so they can book their next trips there. Before here comes a comment with the question of the operation number etc: You have long since! Our friends, relatives and colleagues have also persecuted our case and are appalled at how we were abandoned. They too will not travel with TUI anymore.
We will write a letter to the CEO this week and tell him our case, maybe we'll get a reaction!

The day after the announcement by the politicians that vacation is now possible over Pentecost in Germany, we received the cancellation, allegedly because of our own use !! ?? On top of that we were offered an alternative that is outside of our possible travel period, but is less well equipped than the actual property but at the same price !?

Have our lawyer turned on, it will definitely matter! Because now getting something comparable at a similar price borders on a miracle!

In December 2012 I traveled to Norway with two friends and booked accommodation on Tui vacation rentals. We opted for accommodation in Trysil. This place is located directly on the Swedish border and is approximately 210 kilometers from Oslo. Trysil is Norway's largest ski resort and offers a myriad of winter sports activities. For about 550 for 3 people, the accommodation was really not expensive.

We have booked a holiday home in Italy through Wolters Reisen for the beginning of August,
But because of the increasing numbers and because my wife is a risk patient, I asked Wolters Reisen in mid-June whether you can cancel free of charge. We were then written that you can only cancel with 25 percent cancellation costs, or you can book via different model around. We immediately wrote back that we wanted to rebook, after which there was no more feedback from Wolters Reisen about the rebooking. I wrote 4 emails within 10 days that Wolters Reisen should finally contact us because we wanted to rebook, I should always give a cancellation number so that the email would be processed immediately. But that was not the case. Only 3 weeks before the start of the trip we got an email that it would be too late to rebook and then the gun was put on my chest so that I have to decide in 2 days whether I should travel or pay 25% cancellation costs. Because my wife is a risk patient, we had to abandon the money and cancel it.
I think that's a bad customer service, first you offer us a rebooking and then you don't get the opportunity to do it because we had already looked for a new property.

For me this is a real rip off and not customer friendly.

I will never book with Wolters Reisen again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

The price / performance ratio doesn't fit at all. Just like the customer service that we contacted at the holiday destination. The apartment was full of defects, e.g. the cellar was under water, some of which were repaired by the local master builder, but that was only a drop in the ocean. I've been waiting for a response from TUI Wolters since the beginning of July.
Very customer unfriendly. That's why I would prefer not to give a star.
But this was the first and last booking via Wolters.

After weeks of not responding to any of my attempts to contact me, I've finally got my outstanding and legally due money back.
The behavior of this company is still incredible. Either it is intentional or the internal structures are so inefficient that they have to be completely renewed.
I have had very good experiences with Airbnb. Here at Corona weddings I got a 100% refund within a few days after a one-time request.

I can only agree with the many negative reviews here, have also been ripped off. For me, the behavior of TUI Wolters is intentional. Don't book there, your money will be collected and you will never hear anything from this company again!

So it's really unbelievable, hands off this provider !!! I asked for resignation in the reasonable time, because of this uncertain time - NEVER received an answer and it was not just ONE email. NEVER reachable by phone, only announcements that they who know how much they have to do. THAT'S MACHINE, you don't want to talk to the customer at all, you don't want to write to anyone, you should ONLY BOOK - nothing else! Such companies should disappear from the net !!! THAT SOWAS TUI consultant is allowed to call itself is an indictment. * Airbnb * does not gain a good reputation with it either.

I do not quite understand the many bad reviews, so I just want to share my positive experience. We booked a holiday home in the Netherlands and everything went great. After 1 day the booking confirmation, one day later the required documents and the accommodation was great, exactly as described on the website. Was out of season and therefore also rather cheap. But we had a nice week with our dog on the dike and in the mud. :-) Gladly again with Wolters travel.

You cannot be reached by phone or email. I sent you three important emails, no answer at all! I wanted to continue paying the rest of my vacation with my credit card so that my bank would cover the cost of the eventual cancellation of the trip. I wanted to send my new credit card details via encrypted email, but they don't accept encrypted email !!
In the end I had to transfer the amount.
No more trips with TUI! One star is too much!

It's a shame for even 1 star. Just like everyone else with a 1 star review we must be the unlucky ones to receive a garbage rental home that was misrepresented online. We rented a vacation home in Orlando Florida and looked nothing like the pictures. We refused to stay after trying to work something out for over 4 hours homeless with 3 small children just to be told there is no other property available and nothing they can do. We rented a hotel in the area not to ruin our vacation or as they say holiday. There was no way my family and I was staying in that dump. After returning home and now has been several weeks later they will not reimburse because they claim we did not try and resolve the issue at the time of rental. Maybe the 4 hours we spent wasn't long enough trying to call Germany. This company still has not reached out to us and really shows how much they care. Read the reviews people they dont lie. Shame on you for allowing families to trust you with their vacations. I would like to believe that you do have some nice properties that somewhat resemble the photos but you should also picture the garbage homes still available for rent or not rent them anymore. I hope everyone enjoys the photos as this is what the property really looks like. I hope no one else is unlucky enough to get thos property. Shame on you wolters reisen gmbh.

Attention, suspected fraud !!!!!

We were first forced to cancel due to water damage in the apartment.
But I only wanted to see photos of it, although it was clear to me that the damage was just an excuse so that the apartment could be rented again at a much higher price than we would have to pay.
That alone is a cheek if you look forward to your vacation with the family.

Since I did not cancel as requested, we were sent an out-of-the-box cancellation confirmation without which we would not have consented to or sent a cancellation.

These are very clear criminal activities and go beyond poor service.
I have never thought this ruthless mix of greed and criminal energy possible.
Can only advise against booking with Wolters Reisen.
Unavailable by phone and no reply to emails.

The only thing that works reasonably professionally is the complaints department.
They always put on the same record, but still try to be serious.

A holiday booked at Casamundo, this holiday has been transferred to TUI - Wolters Reisen GmbH.
That is not a problem in itself, and I soon got the papers and everything would now go through TUI wolters. I got an email from Wolters if there were problems, then I could send an email and they would adjust it.
I have sent an e-mail to TUI-Wolters Reisen and received an automatic e-mail that they will reply as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately the journey is now over and TUI has still not answered my email.
Fortunately Casamundo did respond to my mail and the problem was solved.
Too bad that TUI could not do this with a simple e-mail

That our trip was canceled due to Corona is force majeure. Since Wolters Reisen can not do anything for ... but immediately after I canceled the trip, I clearly stated that we did not want a travel voucher. With short-time allowance, a travel voucher is of little use to me. Yes, the company has to get on well, but no service has been performed and that's why I want my money back. Unfortunately, since April 30th, 20 (one day after the trip was canceled) there is no information or answer to my umpteen emails. A shame and after my last flight in 2018 with TUI, which went completely wrong, probably a reason to no longer book with TUI.

We booked through Wolters Travel in the Camargue and were totally unhappy with the booking. The plant and the region were disproportionate, which corresponded to the price and the appropriate performance.
Rebooking was not possible for the agency because the service of Wolters travel is inflexible and no alternative. We can assure you that we have worked with other agencies with better results and at lower prices.
Never Wolters and Tui travel again, not recommended. The standard answer from Wolters, to get in touch with you, is already in advance of the evaluation and only underlines the poor service.

I have to share our experiences with Wolters Reisen, because I absolutely cannot understand the many negative reviews.

We booked our Scotland trip in November last year. When the pandemic broke out, we did not know for a long time how to proceed and whether we could start the journey.
I can't confirm that you can't reach anyone. On the homepage it was expressly noted that the emails you received will be answered according to the travel date, so it was not surprising that I had to wait 4 weeks in June for an answer regarding the trip in August. After all, there were people who were about to start their journey and with the almost daily changes regarding entry, quarantine etc., the travel agencies could only work as best they could from day to day or week to week.
When there were more urgent issues, I almost always got through by phone (once I had to make 9 attempts) and I was always given immediate help on the phone. We received the travel documents a week in advance via email and even a travel guide (which I did not order in time, but was sent anyway).
A free cancellation was also confirmed to us should something change at short notice and upgrade Austria GB back to warning level 5 or 6.

Unfortunately, our flights were canceled twice and we felt that we were in good hands. We had to fly away from Frankfurt instead of Munich, but the travel agency took over the overnight stay in a hotel near the airport. They also paid for most of the tickets for the Nightjet, which is actually excluded from the Rail and Fly service. (Mini deductible)

Regarding the actual trip: we didn't miss anything, the B & Bs were super chosen and we would definitely book through Wolters again.

I think it is clear to everyone that the pandemic hit the tourism industry hard. The staff there always tried to help us and did everything they could.

Unfortunately I can not report anything positive. We are very disappointed with how to deal with customers. No calls are accepted and no feedback has so far been received on emails. If you have stopped working because of "Corona", please don't offer any more trips! We have been waiting for a repayment since June. You received the money twice for a trip! For a company that belongs to TUI a very, very bad performance you feel ripped off. Perhaps a case for a current television format?

We rented a holiday home in Cerano d'Intelvi, Italy, from August 1st to 15th, 2020. The location and the property are excellent. The property was handed over in the style of "Here are the keys, arrange yourselves". The house was very dirty (floors in and around the house dirty, pool not cleaned. Clothes drawers with garbage and dust residues. Non-working vacuum cleaner with a full dust bag. Etc.) The house is basically very beautiful and is extremely poorly maintained. Wiggling and defective panels of the pool surround. Peeling plaster spots in the house. Sticky light switches. Most of the equipment is also outdated or defective. There were only 3 wine glasses for 10 people. A broken parasol. Our complaint about dirt, etc. has made certain Mr. George ridiculous. After 3 days they gave us a new mop, a new vacuum cleaner and a new sunshade. All products of the absolutely cheapest quality. The rental price and the service received are disproportionate. We only received travel documents / travel information two days before arrival after multiple inquiries. The support is disastrous, the price for what is received is far too high. The organizer is happy to use the current corona crisis as an excuse. We booked through atraveo. Payment was made to Wolters Reisen GmbH. We actually received the travel documents. From a company called Happy Holiday Homes. Then someone from Lake Como Holiday SA was responsible on site. With so many companies involved, it is clear afterwards that the price is so high and the performance is catastrophic. With the best of intentions, I cannot recommend this company.

We rented a holiday home on Usedom for August. We have been trying to reach the company for weeks. Actually only because we want to increase our original booking of 4 people for the holiday home, which is designed for 9 people.
It is not possible to reach anyone by phone. There is no response to mails and TUI itself does not feel responsible after inquiring by phone.
We have still not received any travel documents. We hope our trip will take place.
With all understanding for the travel industry at these difficult times, but that's not how you deal with customers.

Incredibly ignorant, complaints are not taken seriously. Own mistakes are not admitted. The customer with a complaint is almost ignored. A star is actually too much. We have one week before our trip received an email that various lt. Travel description promised properties are unfortunately not available. A major construction site with construction site noise has been highlighted from 7 am until 8 pm at night. That was not the case. At the resort no offers for alternative accommodations. Unfortunately, they speculate that no one for an amount of 100 his lawyer turns on, a joke. Absolutely not recommended. Tui Wolters never travel again!

Compromise / goodwill is obviously a foreign word for TUI Wolters Reisen.
Conclusion: booking via Wolters travel .... never again!

You can only warn everyone, do not book your vacation with TUI Wolters Reisen !! We paid 600.00 EUR for 4 nights (2 adults / 1 child) in Poland (Pogorzelica) and the accommodation and above all the service was a disaster! Nobody spoke German or English. They should be ultra-modern, comfortable apartments. Instead it was dirty, the dishes were dirty and had to be washed first, you couldn't dry them because the kitchen towel was missing, a foot was broken off the garden table, the garbage was not picked up, the towels were exchanged one evening before departure and it was didn't even give a broom to remove the dirt from the previous tenants. A coffee machine was also not part of the comfortably equipped kitchen, the gentleman on the Polish hotline said only that we would have to read the travel description next time and there were enough opportunities to drink coffee in the area. The alleged resort was still half a construction site, the "outdoor pool" a small pool under trees and the beach 2 km away. That means TUI advertises with absolutely wrong travel descriptions! But the pathetic thing is the service, which is absolutely NOT available. Our complaint was simply sealed off in Germany, our problem, we should have complained in Poland directly via the German service hotline. Whatever we tried, but unfortunately none came. This was also denied afterwards. Absolutely no accommodation from TUI, sorry. Better book your trips with other tour operators, because you get more for less money and don't have to be annoyed in the most beautiful time of the year!

This company is a slap in the face for the entire tourism sector, in which I have also been working as a hotel director for many years.
We canceled our booking due to the corona situation. And even three times because of the lack of communication. We revoked the direct debit twice. But nobody cares. It is simply debited !! Attention, I deliberately feel betrayed there. Nobody can be reached on the phone. The announcement is so quiet that you can hardly understand it. An accident? I think it's mesh!

I love traveling and have been to quite a few places in the world. What I like traveling so much is the foreign cultures and people.

Instead of staying clinically isolated in a hotel, I prefer to go for small cozy holiday homes or apartments. At TUI Ferienhaus I have always found something for my wallet and I am still in contact with many landlords today.

Yesterday the long awaited answer came after countless emails and calls:
The destination was originally Italy / Bibione with 6 adults and 9 children under 10, one of whom was chronically ill and a high-risk patient. So not thinking about vacation at the moment with all the restrictions and the fear that I would go with them.

In our case, Wolters is very helpful and unproblematic, even if it took forever. The reason is actually understandable: workload due to Corona and the associated rebooking, cancellations etc.

Answer from Wolters:

Trip was rescheduled free of charge on our desired date next summer vacation.

Negative: Extremely long and nerve-wracking times behind me with countless attempts to make contact.

Positive: rebooking carried out without ifs and buts.

A suggestion from me personally would soon be to give the Tui a handbook on when to cancel and rebook where and how independently. According to our travel agency, everyone did it except Wolters Reisen. Thanks anyway and we look forward to next year!

With every booking she collects 15% (insiders know what the bottom line is),

From 15.9-22.9 I traveled with Wolters Reisen in Ireland. The first hotel Travelodge in Dublin, near the airport was bad. This should not be booked in the future. All other hotels were very nice. Care in Ireland with Wallace Travel Group was excellent. The guide
Alexandra Bellinghausen and the bus driver Matt Kellegher just awesome. Bad was that we had no care on the first day and the last day. There was no dinner on the last day either. BAD The trip ended in Dublin at the Holiday Inn at the airport. The hotel was great at the end. I think that was tactic of Wolters. You should forget the first bad hotel please the Travelodge never again.

People stay away from TUI Wolters Reisen. Unfortunately we were on vacation this year. Big mistake.
We had a horror apartment where we had to stay in it for six days with two small children. There was nothing to be done for the first 6 days because we were supposed to come to the local office several times a day, where we were repeatedly put off. There was mold everywhere, even in the refrigerator. Sockets were hanging from the wall, urine behind the toilet, it smelled like hell in a sewage treatment plant (overflows were sealed with sticky tape by the agent, without success), dirt and hair everywhere just disgusting. Everything is rusting. Ceramic hob cracked, furniture swollen and full of mold. The patio door is open permanently, as the lock does not work. Could write umpteen things, but that would go beyond the scope.
Could only use public toilets. Then we are offered an amount as compensation that is almost outrageous.

I have already emailed you several times. They had us an expensive holiday home in France mediated, which had a dirty pool, hornets in the house, as well as several other problems that our stay strongly restricted. Everything is documented and sent to you in emails.

So far, we have received almost no compensation for it and also we were also charged the cleaning twice. Thus, another 100 euros we have not received back despite multiple requests. This is not a way to deal with paying customers. Here is more to find an exception.

Thus, the one star is really earned.

Update Feb 2016: After all, the 100 euros that were paid twice were returned to this review. Thus 2 stars. The house has not gotten better.

The "customer service" tactic that went on for weeks through senseless, incomprehensible, sometimes simply wrong / faulty e-mails in order to delay the 800 repayment of the holiday trip canceled by the provider. Of course not available by phone: "Corona" has to be used as an explanation for any unprofessional business conduct. Other travel companies of comparable size get this professionally regulated in these times. Wolters Reisen - NEVER AGAIN!

ADDENDUM: What the customer is struggling with here becomes clear again, albeit no longer surprisingly, in the provider's answer below: In the last paragraph, you kindly refer to the validity periods of cancellation scales, although, as is clear from my brief criticism above the provider canceled the trip itself, not me! ... Just let your full-bodied words be followed by actions and quickly reimburse your customers for the down payments owed.

Money was withdrawn, travel documents do not arrive, no contact possible. Neither by phone nor by email.
Since we had the booking confirmation, we hoped that our travel documents would arrive by email on the day of arrival. Unfortunately that was a sentence with X. So we stood with 2 children in Poland in front of a locked holiday apartment.

We got the offer for a voucher, which we thanked and canceled and wanted our money back ...
That started all the trouble !!
Nobody answered on their own and when I made phone calls they were stopped or some stories were made up, such as:
The person you talked to last time had no authority to tell you about anything because she was still a trainee ..;)
After sending a registered letter with the threat of legal action, a cancellation came on Monday.
We then called again and asked what that meant for us. We were told that everything was now settled and that we should get our money back by the end of the week, which of course wasn't the case.
So I called again today and they told me that the email came out too late and that the payout would be postponed until next week! Whoever believes it ...

All of this has absolutely nothing to do with customer friendliness!
I am just amazed that such a large corporation like TUI works with such a company?
Not exactly beneficial for your own image!

Now they have also renamed themselves in BELVILLA !?

It is certainly not an easy situation that we all find ourselves in, but simply withholding the money and trying to sit it out is not possible either!

Extremely rogue company. That they use the brand name TUI is already misleading. What else they do - or better: leave behind - even more. Our holiday has been taken from us because of them. They pretend that you book a holiday home with them, but then it is also through an even more unreliable intermediary. Through the fine print you suddenly have to deal with completely different conditions than those of TUI villas. We now have to pay the full price. We only do that to get rid of the lawyers and debt collection agencies. Wolters gmbh has robbed our children of their holiday and cost us a lot of negative energy. So if your holiday is dear to you, book elsewhere.

House was deposited as free (green) on the page. Booking had to be binding on our part, which is why we have not booked another house. The order was not edited by Wolters TUI, but also no rejection sent out. After two days waiting we called and received directly on the phone the cancellation. Incidentally, there was still no rejection by e-mail. No alternative offer, not even a proper excuse for the two-day inactivity. If we were to work that way in our companies, we would have been without customers for a long time. A mediator who works like that will be shunned by us in the future.

I would urge each person to travel with this tour operator. They only act as an intermediary (although you have to pay them). They do not accept liability etc. (they have had this confirmed by a court of law). You are completely lost with defects. You are referred to the local organizers. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH WOLTERS REISEN / TUI VILLAS (has NOTHING to do with TUI)
The answer is a standard answer from the social media team. Could also be Trump's press officer. Of course, nothing happened.

Booked a holiday home through Wolters.
Written about cancellation ... but no response from Wolters.
Especially at Corona time, you should increase your staff on the telephone hotline.
Especially because many want to rebook and go on vacation in Germany!
Service equal to ZERO .... this is a no go.
Other travel companies do a better job of this !!!!
I NEVER book with Wolters anymore !!!!
Hope so before they want to book with Wolters ....

About TUI Wolters a holiday house on Lake Schwerin was booked. Because some of the inventory was extremely worn (mattresses completely worn, both armrests from the chair very badly pressed, kitchen equipment broken, corroded, dirty, ..) and a variety of other inconveniences (pictures can be seen at Holidaycheck and Wolters were sent).
After due to severe back pain (mind you with previous damage and therefore due respect!) And marginal hygienic conditions, the holiday had to be canceled, we have (as it must be) notified the landlord, who was not forced to find a solution. Instead, we were referred to Wolters. Wolters on the other hand referred to the landlord and back and back and ..
In order not to have to continue to give the ball and to pay attention to the health, we left after about half a week (booked was a week). Since then Wolters pushes us to the black Peter, because we would have to give the landlord the chance to repair. The fact that he said on the phone the previous evening that he did not know whether he would stop by the next day or not, Wolters is not interested in it.
As "compensation" we are offered only a 100 voucher, which we probably "redeem" at Wolters again.

With so much customer-friendliness, we absolutely have to advise against Wolters. As long as everything goes well, everything may be great. But when the holiday becomes a fiasco, Wolters prefers the money rather than satisfied customers who come back.

Nobody answered the phone, nor did I get an answer by email.
It was only ever sent by email "because of the situation blah blah blah."

Now I received a letter in the mail that I should transfer the remaining amount.

I think it's a cheek how you deal with customers.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the many negative reviews.
We had a construction site for a week and I made a lot of phone calls, emails, as well as travel complaints via registered mail, all without success, this travel agency probably lives according to the motto simply head in the sand and sit out without even a return email or answer!
Better to book elsewhere!

I accidentally booked the same room twice in Spain...

I accidentally booked the same room twice in Spain in February 2021 through booking.com.
I can cancel 1 room and with 1 with room it costs me 100 euros, apparently this last room went through tui Ferienhaus (Wolters Reisen GmbH)
This was my mistake and asked if I could cancel for free also because it is still far away.
So made a request to cancel for free which wouldn't be very strange in this situation.
Also called with booking and also with the owner of the room, but apparently they could not do much. Later I only got emails if I want to pay the 25 percent booking fee, and if I cancel that would cost 100 euros. In other words, little response or leniency, only notice if I want to pay. I have now canceled but I will apparently have to pay the costs of 100 euros.
Too bad this, Booking is a great company, but I hope that companies like tui Ferienhaus (Wolters Reisen GmbH) will not ruin this.
So next time I book, I have to be careful not to do this through
tui Ferienhaus (Wolters Reisen GmbH) Doc.

We have booked with Wolters for August 2020, now with the new Corona measures, Spain is orange for the Belgians, I have asked several times what our options are with Tui Wolters about our trip, I just do not get a response, they do respond via Facebook , especially when I want to add 1 person to the trip, my oldest daughter may come along, but when I ask if I can cancel free of charge regarding the Belgian rules, there is simply no response, outrageous !!!!

Tui and wolters have participated in spite of multiple consultations. We were completely abandoned with 6 children. A direct evaluation of the house is not possible. Just keep your fingers away. And as you can read below, there was always only one "we regret it very much" .....

We booked a holiday home because the partner's homepage advertised a dog beach and said "vacation with dog".
On arrival we received the hotel plan, where it was also noted. This was also mentioned in the hotel folder stored in the holiday homes.

When we looked for it the next day we were told that it was still being built. We would certainly not have booked the house if we had known

Access to the lake was only possible through an unpaved exit.

The dog was undesirable in almost all facilities (barbecue area, beach restaurant). It was around the lake that we walked, everything was paved and there was no rubbish bin or a bench.
For that, 20 euros / night was definitely too expensive for the dog.

When we got back this would be reported immediately. In response you only got an unfriendly answer from customer service that they did not advertise it and therefore it was not a travel shortage.

I would have liked a little more customer-friendly behavior, since everyone assumes that if the holiday village advertises it, the tour operator has to stand for it. My complaint to the management also went unanswered. I definitely cannot recommend the organizer. In addition, my double payment for the dog has still not been reimbursed.

No availability by phone, no response to e-mails. We have booked a holiday home in Schleswig Holstein and questions cannot be answered. I will probably drive by there in person, as I work nearby. But I am considering whether I should not even pay the cancellation fee if I do not get answers to my questions. At least that's not what a relaxed holiday for my 60th birthday looks like. Perhaps that is your business model too, where you collect the cancellation fees due to poor service on your part. This is how you can earn too!

By the way, the whole thing ran on Booking.com. So I would keep my hands off it. When booking, it was not evident that Wolters Reisen was behind it. We assumed a private landlord. Only when the booking was confirmed was reference made to Wolters Reisen.

If you carry on like this, rating 2.2 by the way, I wouldn't be surprised to see a bankruptcy soon.

We have booked a very expensive trip to Iceland and have wanted to know for 4 weeks whether we can go there and what awaits us. Train, flight and waiting (probably over 8 hours in total) with nose and throat protection is not a pleasure. We don't even know if we can enter at all or who will pay us for the mandatory tests. The company cannot even be reached by a travel agency and is simply submerged. Nobody should book here! We would even have been willing to take another apartment or a voucher. But it looks like the lawyer will have to take care of it. I am dealing with extremely bad communication (namely none) and rather also breach of contract, since these conditions were not part of the contract at the time of conclusion!

In June we rented a holiday home for November through TUI-Wolters-Reisen in Bremen. Due to the Corona-VO, the trip could not be started. Although I expressly requested a refund of the rental price that had already been paid in full, I was only sent a credit note that I can redeem by December 31, 2021 (!!!).
There was no reaction to my emails to TUI / Wolters-Reisen that it was finally legally required to reimburse the travel price in full within 14 days of the travel cancellation. I've been waiting for the money since the beginning of November. There remains only the way to the lawyer. I can therefore strongly advise against booking a holiday home through TUI-Wolters. They are very dubious landlords / agents who do not answer emails and behave illegally.

I can now only say fingers away. Have made an inquiry whether and how I can cancel 39 days before the start of the trip. I have NEVER received an answer. Now I am trying to charge 80% of the travel price because I only sent the next email after the 35th day before the start of the trip. In the meantime, I even suspect that there is a system behind which you can charge me more money and therefore never replied to my first email or even accommodating the first email would have to be taken into account. As a point on the I is now that I have made a down payment of 20% and the invoice was still 80%. So I should even pay 100% of the travel price. Absolute cheek what they do with customers.
