Unfortunately I can not report anything positive. We are very disappointed with how to deal with customers. No calls are accepted and no feedback has so far been received on emails. If you have stopped working because of "Corona", please don't offer any more trips! We have been waiting for a repayment since June. You received the money twice for a trip! For a company that belongs to TUI a very, very bad performance you feel ripped off. Perhaps a case for a current television format?
