After I booked a holiday home with TUI on Monday that was marked as free, I haven't received a booking confirmation until 5 days later. I received an email confirming the booking request, but I should wait and see whether this can be confirmed. To date, 5 days later, nothing, no booking confirmation, nothing, telephone only answering machine, e-mails are not answered no matter how many, I should have followed the bad reviews and let my fingers be from this provider. I always thought TUI is serious but that borders on ........., never never again TUI / Wolters. now there are four of us and wait whether there will be something or not other decent holiday homes are hard to get if it was at least canceled you could look for a new one but with the uncertainty I have 2 houses that I can pay NEVER NEVER AGAIN TUI WOLTERS
