Very questionable way of dealing with the customer. We have booked a holiday home in a Landal holiday park. Due to the current situation, the stay was unfortunately not possible. For an alternative date or reimbursement, we received the instruction to contact Landal directly after several e-mails. However, no one can access the booking or make any changes here. Unfortunately, when we contacted Landal again, we were referred back to Landal. To make matters worse, it is not possible to contact us by phone, which, strangely enough, is only the case with Wolters Reisen.
Agreements are not kept, debits in spite of company cancellation, lack of reimbursement for weeks;
that is not o.k., but the final knockout for the customer relationship. -Criteria.
On March 24th, 2020, I canceled our trip to Poland on June 13th, 2020 by email and letter. The future liquidity and the opening of the border to Poland is very uncertain. I received confirmation of my cancellation today.
We were informed by email that all trips would be suspended due to the corona crisis and that we would get a refund. At first, we were even happy to get at least the money back due to the circumstances. At the time, we would also have been satisfied with a voucher. But since then there has been silence in the forest. No refund, no voucher and no one available. This is simply not a nice way and not exactly customer friendly. So I would no longer want to book with this company and hope that others will not experience the same. With all understanding of the situation, that's just very unprofessional, too bad.
Customer service is only available for 2 hours a day.
Very disappointing and poorly prepared for customers.
0 stars would be more appropriate. Underground service and no response to complaints. Never saw my money again. Can only be warned in front of Tui-Ferienhaus / Wolters!
Attention: suspected fraud: DO NOT BOOK:
Our apartment was unilaterally canceled by TUI Wolters GmbH shortly before the start of the trip. A "voucher" was issued without being asked. However, this "voucher" can only be redeemed if you have BINDLY booked a new trip / holiday apartment. In good faith in the name TUI - which is still in the name - we have therefore booked a new apartment according to the instructions in the voucher. The voucher was NOT accepted, we had to pay the new apartment in full again. So we have been subtracted twice.
No one has been responding to our numerous email inquiries for weeks. TUI Wolters' standard answer that you are overloaded is a protection claim. The AirBNB customer service answered us on a Sunday within 1 hour and explained exactly how we can cancel free of charge. 48 hours later we had 100% of our money returned to the account. If TUI Wolters does not respond to any email for 4 weeks, then this is clearly a resolution. Especially since new bookings seem to be processed within a few hours.
We're going to file a complaint now and can only advise everyone to do the same.
Like many others, we were forced to cancel the apartment, because Corona required childcare in advance, so that we no longer had a vacation at the time booked. Certainly at least four inquiries - by phone or email - were not answered. We did not receive the cancellation confirmation until months later, with the request to transfer the cancellation fees. We had already paid for the entire trip in advance and are still waiting for the (remaining) money to be transferred back today. Despite further, repeated requests, we still do not get an answer. Stay away - better book somewhere else!

We booked an apartment almost a year before the holiday. According to the website including all consumption-related costs and including final cleaning.
Now the vacation is over and we should pay the final cleaning.
Nowhere has this been broken down in writing! Not in the written booking confirmation and not in the travel plan.

Unfortunately, the holiday booked via Wolters TUI partly not the description on the Internet and was also in bad shape. Upon arrival were kitchen and bathroom in unkempt condition, dirty dishes stood in the closets, doors and handles were sticky, the exhaust fan greasy, the oven has apparently never been cleaned. In addition, the fridge was iced, because broken, the washing machine and dishwasher were broken. The house was not heated and was damp. In addition, there was not as declared WLAN, a circumstance that is very important for me as a freelancer. At our request for an exchange object, we would have been satisfied with a apartment or a room, could not and did not want TUI. At our complaint at least washing machine and dishwasher were repaired. But these were the only efforts on site. In addition, a clarification date organized by TUI was not met, the other side did not come and did not cancel. We had to leave because of these circumstances rather, the complaint in hindsight proved to be very laborious, first they wanted to reimburse us at 1700 euros travel expenses 160 euros, then they let themselves to 320 euros. Summa sumarum and conclusion: We will no longer book via TUI Wolters Reisen.
Inflexible, not reachable by phone and no answer to contact via the contact form. As a customer, you can only wait and hope that somehow you can go on vacation.
