Extremely rogue company. That they use the brand name TUI is already misleading. What else they do - or better: leave behind - even more. Our holiday has been taken from us because of them. They pretend that you book a holiday home with them, but then it is also through an even more unreliable intermediary. Through the fine print you suddenly have to deal with completely different conditions than those of TUI villas. We now have to pay the full price. We only do that to get rid of the lawyers and debt collection agencies. Wolters gmbh has robbed our children of their holiday and cost us a lot of negative energy.
