Booked a trip two weeks ago. Get no confirmation, no info if it works! It should actually start in a week, would like to have booked something else that is not possible, because I had to make a binding booking! No one can be reached by phone or email !! The worst customer service I have ever experienced !!
Never again Wolters !!
