I had booked a holiday home before Corona, which was understandably canceled by Wolters. Wolters then confirmed the cancellation in writing to me free of charge and promised me in writing to refund the amount within 7 days.
Nothing so far. Calls are ignored and requests by email are not responded to - for over 1 month! No call no explanation nothing!
You can at least answer and speak briefly, but ignoring is not possible! Especially since Wolters has agreed in writing to refund the amount!
