CAUTION !!! FINGERS AWAY !!


We got the offer for a voucher, which we thanked and canceled and wanted our money back ...
That started all the trouble !!
Nobody answered on their own and when I made phone calls they were stopped or some stories were made up, such as:
The person you talked to last time had no authority to tell you about anything because she was still a trainee ..;)
After sending a registered letter with the threat of legal action, a cancellation came on Monday.
We then called again and asked what that meant for us. We were told that everything was now settled and that we should get our money back by the end of the week, which of course wasn't the case.
So I called again today and they told me that the email came out too late and that the payout would be postponed until next week! Whoever believes it ...

All of this has absolutely nothing to do with customer friendliness!
I am just amazed that such a large corporation like TUI works with such a company?
Not exactly beneficial for your own image!

Now they have also renamed themselves in BELVILLA !?

It is certainly not an easy situation that we all find ourselves in, but simply withholding the money and trying to sit it out is not possible either!

Never again!!!
