Terrible Customer Service. Buyers Beware!!!
Ordered a $3000 pool table, After 45 days of no contact/updates, I inquired about the status. After a lengthy call, they said they "couldn't tell where it was" and asked if it was ok to "re-order it". Of course I said "NO", and took my business to another company. Just out of curiosity, I looked on their website, and the pool table I originally purchased in June showed "OUT OF STOCK", yet they were willing to "re-order it" and keep/float my money. This is a dirty tactic and very dishonest. Do yourself a favor and take your business to another reputable company.

If you remove all of the "Local Guide" 5 star reviews, then this company really sucks. I know why. They deceptively billed me 35% more. Then, they admitted their action and changed their website. Too late for me to have avoided spending 2-3 hours of my life fighting them.

They're an LLC - they don't care. Buy from them at your own risk.

As for the "Local Guides", most probably have friends or family who work for the company. Or they're just plain old 'homers'. Either way, their reviews are bogus. Read their comments, you'll see what I mean.

Ordered a power assist recliner for my husband that does not recline to the degree advertised in its specs, nor is the foot test long enough. Upon receiving the chair and calling customer service this morning, was told the chair was not returnable. The customer service rep would only say I m sorry but the chair is not returnable; anything else? I asked for a manager who is due to call in five business days . We are out $1000 with no way to give my husband a chair to sit in during times of desperately ill health.

Never Again would I order anything from Wayfair, I purchased a chaise lounge chair, first it was delivered to an address 2 hrs away from me, contacted customer service it was redelivered a week later. When trying to assemble it, there were no hardware or legs. I ordered the replacement parts which was supposed to be delivered on May 19th only to receive an email on May 19th that the replacement parts will be delayed. Can t reach customer service, I just want a refund at this point.

Sadly the 1-star I gave them is 1 too many! I ordered a cabinet from them that was delayed weeks in shipping. When it arrived it was very different then the description and what I had been told by Wayfair. The cabinet was supposed to be partially assembled, which Wayfair told me was just having to put the legs on. It needed complete assembly. One of the parts was broken which prevents me from having the cabinet I bought, and I have been waiting more than 3-weeks for the replacement part with zero satisfaction and over 5 hours on hold in 4 calls to try and speak with someone. Another concern was after exploring their website more, I found they actually sell this cabinet under 4 different names and 4 different prices, the least expensive one $50 under the most expensive one. This seems to be very deceptive to me.

I ordered a couch for $296.79 on may 25th, it says my order is still pending over a week later. They charged my card twice. I have waited a total of 4 hours on the phone for customer service in the past two days and no one has answered the phone. They have charged me $600 total for a $296 couch that is still pending. And customer service seems to not exist for this company. I tried to find a corporate number to speak to someone higher up about it and they keep directing me to the same customer service number where I wait for another hour with no answer. I strongly do NOT recommend Wayfair. I was so excited to buy a couch for my new house and they are just scamming me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible horrible company.

I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions regarding an order for delivery and assembly and find the experience frustrating. After receiving numerous assurances from various individuals that certain items in the process are confirmed it was later discovered they were not. After patiently listening to a few explanations it was my opinion that additional explanations defied logic. I have attempted to find an email address for a corporate manager without success, and even attempting to call the 'corporate telephone' number brings me back into the customer service arena where the problem originates. The ultimate vicious circle!

We ordered a sectional sofa, but it missed four legs and the associated hardware. We ordered the missing parts by call clarifying all the item numbers of the missing parts and also sent them the email indicating which parts on the instruction book were missing. After a week, we received the replacing parts, but they were wrong parts. So we have to order the missing parts again. Still, we called and described exactly what were missing and waited for another week. The second time, however, they still sent us the wrong replacement parts. Now we have to order for a third time and wait for one more week. This time we asked them to expedite the shipping of the replacements, but they refused. Really, I rarely see such careless service.

This company offers the worst customer service, go...

This company offers the worst customer service, good luck calling about an existing order, they leave you holding for hours ( only way to get through is pretend you want to place an order than customer service answers - gross) . I Ordered a bedroom set, all items where to be delivered on Sept 9th, but dresser has not shipped and it is sept 17th, and they have no date. I explained via 3 emails and 2 calls to customer service items are being brought to daughter out of state on the 18th, if we do not have the dresser - it screws everything up.
No one cares, no one actually tries to help, the employees can do nothing to remedy problems. How does consumer affairs and the BBB allow a company like this to stay in business. Their dates and tactics are suspect.

Item was not received by quoted delivery date and numerous calls to customer service involved wrong information and not receiving promises callbacks. In addition unable to track second carton of shipment for days. Still not sure item will arrive in time for grandkids Christmas . Unbelievable they had no way to track? Finally they found item and both cartons were together on same pallet. Customer service did grant a good partial refund on the purchase so they finally did a good job of satisfying the customer.

Everytime I've ordered furniture, there is an issue - part of it's damaged, all of the parts not present, and most recently the driver's just skipping the delivery because of a small road closure, I guess they don't have access to Google maps and were unable to find the 5 other ways they could have driven . All in all, way too many shopping options to bother with their nonsense.

#Falseadvertising. This company offered a 10-year #mattress warranty, included in the price of the mattress. Once I clicked thru to the buying section it updated to $9.95 *fail*. THEN, once it was added to the cart it updated to $47.99 *fail*. I passed on the warranty and purchased the mattress anyway. I then took screen shots of the website and the error and contacted Wayfair asking them to give me the 10-year mattress warranty for the second advertised price of $9.99. Instead they refunded my money and recalled the mattress and immediately fixed the issue with their site. *fail* (You're welcome, Wayfair btw, glad I could save you from any more angry customers). That was the their only solution. #CRAZY, especially since I was only asking for them to honor the $9.99 advertised price. When I further complained, some prat named, #RyanRuzicka, gave me the run-around with some answer about agreeing to their "terms" when I placed the order and offered me a mind-blowing 10% discount on my next order. Thanks, because that's what I REALLY wanted. I imagine that their refusal to honor the advertised warranty means that most of their products are probably terrible enough that said warranty would have meant they lose too much money on their products in the end. I will never buy here again! Pfft!

Ordered a sofa--it was the last one--so I was concerned from the moment I placed the order. It was still listed as available even after 24 hours, so I called and emailed to confirm that I was definitely getting it. I was assured I was by both reps. This isn't their fault--they were professionals, but Wayfair needs to better monitor their shipping practices and item quality. Several items I've received arrived damaged or defective and the replacements weren't much better, which isn't just frustrating it's bad for the environment. More stuff in landfills is the byproduct of companies like this. That sofa I ordered? Well, since I knew it was from Rove Concepts and carried a 5 yr warranty I wasn't too concerned about defects, but it matters not because I am not ever going to see it. Why? Lost in transit. How on earth something that large could be lost is beyond me. But it's just another indication Wayfair has management issues. Let's see how long it rages to get a refund.

My experience was so disappointing.
Horrible customer service. I checked back on the website before my items had even shipped (6 days after ordering) and there was a SALE going on with $200 off of the price I paid for each item. I called to see if Wayfair can do something about the new July 4th promotion and price match THEIR OWN PRICES. Mind you only 6 days after i ordered. I spend $4900. With the sale on all of my items I could have saved about $650. Customer service would do nothing to help me out with this. I am never buying anything from them ever again. They do not appreciate their customers.

I ordered a bed frame first time on here and it just delivered and heard a Big Bang outside and noticed the guy just walked off without knocking or notifying anyone at my house that it delivered and just basically left my bed frame out front and left. Very disappointed in the way he delivered my product like that to my house after I spent so much money for it. Contacted wayfair support and currently waiting for a response. Want to continue to order more on here but i definitely won t if they continue to deliver my orders like that.

I just wish I could give a zero star. I spent money on two different pieces. Aside from them being slightly damaged upon delivery, not there fault, but the pieces are so cheap they both broke already and now I need new ones 5 months later! I emailed customer services with pictures and everything, they gave me a 10 percent off coupon on my next purchase! Now I have to spend more money on new furniture 5 months later, they broke after only 5 months! Once they sent me a coupon for 10 percent that just mad me angry.

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a new chair because a part broke from it during delivery and have been waiting PATIENTLY three months for it. Never complained ONCE to them about it. Got in contact with them, spoke with a guy named Glen M who I liked. He was empathetic to the situation. Anyways spoke to him the day after it was supposed to be shipped out and they told me it was going to be another three months and then they tried to push the idea of giving me only 25% of the cost back. Being in my 20s and having gotten my own place I have been on a budget and 25% wasn t going to get me much. I told them it was unacceptable and they got in touch with their shipping department to see what they could do. I specifically said to email me and they contacted me via phone a few days later (probably because they didn t want to be held accountable for anything in writing.) A case manager, Angela Young, left me a voicemail on a Tuesday saying it would be shipped out that week. Got really excited and was hopeful until I never received any shipping confirmation. I called her beginning of the next week to see what happened, left a message and nothing. Of course I went back to customer service, spoke with a Madi D who was a Senior Consultant or something like that. Got a little bit of hope again because I thought I was talking to someone who may know a little more and be more professional but lesson learned, never judge someone by their title. I told her about the situation and all she said was for me to check my online account and when items ship that s when you will receive your confirmation. Oh really? Because I didn t already know that? DUH. I want to know an EXACT date. She also said the case manager may be busy with other cases or out of the office. I told her that wasn t an acceptable answer and told her I had been waiting patiently for three months and asked how much longer it was going to be and she said they will get in touch with you between 1-2 business days. MORE WAITING. She didn t seem willing to help me at all or empathize with my situation. She just seemed to want to get me off the chat considering she said is there anything else I can assist you with today? before I was even done talking. Really rude girl and I don t know how she has her position. Terrible company and does not care about their customers. If I could attach the screenshots of the conversations to this review to help I would. Hopefully I receive my item but I will NEVER buy from this company again.

I'd heard great things about Wayfair, but I've had a bad experience. I ordered a set of 2 bar stools mid-Feb. They arrived and they come with the front leg sets (3 pieces) already assembled, which is great except they were broken for both bar stools and had lots of scratches and chips. I could deal with the scratches and chips but can't assemble/use bar stools with broken legs. I immediately contacted customer service who immediately sent replacements (I missed a phone call from them, but they'd already put the replacement order in so I assumed it was fine). Took awhile for replacements to ship let alone arrive. When they did, I find they'd only sent 2 front legs. Not full front leg sets. Can't do anything with that, so I immediately contact them again trying to explain the pieces I need. I've attached pictures to all email exchanges since the first because I thought that would help them understand what I need. Again I miss a call from them, but it seems like they've understood the problem better. I wait another few weeks before the new parts ship (this time they came earlier than expected which was great). By appearance it looks like all the right pieces I need to finally assemble. However, once I start to put the stools together, I realize a.) they only sent one of the middle rung pieces I needed for the front legs, and b.) the middle rung is longer than the original rung from the broken piece. I thought the length might not matter -- it was like an inch or less difference. But when I tried to assemble legs using this rung, things didn't align correctly for me to be able to assemble the chair. So here I am, a month and a half later contacting them yet again to get all the replacement pieces I need to be able to assemble these bar stools. Frustrating to say the least.

Best service to place an order and take your money but follow up customer service is horrible. I received the wrong item. I was on hold for 60 mins and then the call was disconnected. There's no way for me to return it online - no option to return wrong item, only to return item I ordered, which I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! I have to speak to a customer service representative. So now I'm holding again for another hour until a rep picks up the phone.

Terrible... purchased a sofa through their Birch Lane affiliate. I understood originally it was on backorder. Fine. However, I never received the sofa I ordered and have been promised delivery on several specific dates and each of those dates show it was shipped June 18 ... and the e-mail and a live rep said it would be in Kent, Wa (50 miles from Olympia) on July 7th. Never showed up. Again contacted the company and assured it would be delivered by July 30th - now showing no date but that it will be delivered after August 5. Decided to cancel as I don t believe the sofa has even been manufactured or shipped. Went to cancel after 2 1/2 months and they say when I return the sofa they will refund but are charging return shipping! This is for something that I believe never has shipped! This is something I ve never received. I m reporting them to my bank and consumer fraud! They want to charge me a return shipping fee for a sofa that I never received and keep my money for a product that I never received nor do I believe exists! Don t deal with this company or their associated companies - their reps lie and absolutely guarantee that a special date is set. They don t deserve any stars!

The only problem was the rug was delivered on a day not scheduled, and left in the rain in front of my door. The rug is of good quality. Wayfair's logistics are poor.

I have not received an order but was charged for the items and they are way overdue. I called Fed Ex and they said the items are lost and Wayfair has to put in a claim to locate the lost items. I have been calling for days and no matter how long I stay on hold, nobody picks up the phone. I'm not impressed so far. But Wayfair owes me over $400 for the items that have not been delivered. Does anyone know a contact number I can call to talk with the powers that be about this issue? ! Very frustrated!

Rug size was suppose to be 9 2 x12 wayfair sent me 2 x3 my receipt shows clearly the description and size I paid for 9 2 x12 , spoke to many different ppl to get the correct size, I was told that they will not send me the correct size rug for the price Iv already paid because now the rug price is higher$$$ so the only option I have is to return the wrong size rug and they ll refund me.

Really bad experience with them being first (&last) time customer. Customer service representative promised something that couldn t be done later on when I ordered items.
Warmly recommend sticking to Amazon. I found there all products I intended to purchase with Wayfair. Some of items were even cheaper.
Wish them all the best. I hope they fix their a) customer service, b) logistics (mainly relaying on insourced solutions). Otherwise, really tough to achieve positive bottom line anytime soon.

Double billed called customer service could careless got hung up on called back 3 times still not fixed supervisor Annette T. said she would get back to me on a certain date and did not I sent an email and she sent me a date for delivery not when my 2nd charge would be refunded. This has now been 17 days being over charged 300+ dollars. Beware and watch you checking/credit cards for extra charges.

When I called and waited 2 hours and 40 mins on the phone I was basically told there was nothing that could be done to leave the package outside in the sun for a day. WTH the lady even went to google to read articles on what to do to kill Covid I will be going above there heads now that I m out of over 200.00 dollars. So glad I only tried this site once never again.

Bought a chair which was poorly finished. Returned it with return sticker provided by way fair minus $68.17 for return shipping! Fed Ex returned it on 5/22/20 to Wayfair. I have contacted them them several times for my refund of over $200 and still haven t received it. Very poor service, quality and downright unethical business practices. I am starting my dispute with PayPal. Thank goodness I used them.

If I could give Wayfair negative stars, I would. I ordered a sectional sofa on 5/30/20. It was delivered later than they originally told me and damaged. I have been seeking replacement parts from Wayfair since 6/19/20. The customer service I have received has been abysmal with messages to "customer service" on the Wayfair website being answered with generic "I'm sorry you're disappointed" messages and they do not answer phone calls to their customer service number. I have recently filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) after seeing that this is a trend amongst other customers doing business with Wayfair. I would advise any customer that has had a similar experience to file a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a 8x6 Duramate shed w/foundation for $721.00, but instead received a 5x7 shed w/out foundation. The box and instructions clearly stated 8x6. I called Wayfair and was offered a credit of $216.32 or a replacement which would take over a month to get, not to mention I had to repack the 5x7 one and send it back. I received an email from Chrissy Costigan supervisor of customer service and as of today I still have not heard back from her, I've called and emailed her. I will never but from Wayfair again. They claim they care about their customers, and stand behind their products, no they don't !!! Horrible customer service, buyer beware...

Durety & Darren in customer service are a gem! They were absolutely satisfying to deal with!

It is my first time experience dealing with Wayfair. I decided to buy a reclining sofa from them. However, once I went back to the website, there was a minor price difference from the day before. Not only did Durety price match and adjust it for me but Darren also honored a first time customer coupon of 10%. Both of them have saved me money and I am completely satisfied with Wayfair thus far. This is a prime example of outstanding customer service to customers.

I decided not to wait anymore and asked for a refund and pickup of the parts that were delivered to me
I was promised a return of up to 3 business days, at that time I ordered the same bed on Amazon, which arrived after 2 days
and today I received instead of the money back 3 elements of the bed that is after 15 days from ordering

What a disgusting company. THREE weeks ago I applied for a credit card issued by COMENITY bank for WAYFAIR at their request to save a small percentage on my order. This caused a hard inquiry on my credit report which I expected and was ok with. I paid the balance in full within 2 weeks and yesterday received a letter stating the WAYFAIR were severing their relationship with COMENITY and all credit card holders would have their credit cards reported as closed to all the credit bureaus. Neither of them accepts culpability for this and it now up to individual card holders to sort out their credit reports. Horrible business practice. No wonder you are always spending major dollars on close outs ...... customer retention which cost a fortune obviously means nothing to WAYFAIR.

The customer service professionals are incredible. But unfortunately they use FedEx as their main delivery company and several purchases have had delivery issues. So it s really more a complaint about FedEx, but upper management chose FedEx and continues to use them so they ve lost a customer forever.

This place is the absolute worse!!! I'm not sure where they get the people on their television ads... Oh, that's right...they hire them or of course, choose only those who will give them good reviews. I suppose those are the few who have been lucky enough to experience a favorable outcome. Typically I read reviews prior to entering into a transaction with any company or business. Unfortunately this time I did not. I simply went by Propaganda ads on television.

Besides that the ads kept popping up while I was on my computer. So since I was thinking about purchasing a loveseat I decided to take a look. You might say I drank Kool-Aid. They had a color that I was looking for if in fact, I had actually been searching for a love seat at the time. I was not! But since the ads kept popping up and they did have the color that I would have wanted I went ahead and placed the item in my cart. It was just there so that I could give it some thought.

Needless to say, Wayfair continued to send me emails about that item. You know how companies do. Subsequently, I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. Bad move on my part!!!

Oh, they accepted my money with no problem at all and like a reputable company, I received a ship date, then a notification that my product had shipped.

It was scheduled to arrive on July 2nd via Federal Express home delivery. So I tracked my delivery and sure enough it was on a truck in Gaithersburg at 6:09 a.m. on the scheduled date of delivery. However, I never received it. When I contacted Wayfair I was directed to contact Federal Express and so I did. Federal Express gave me the Royal run around so I'll be writing a review on them next. Last evening around 5:30 or 6 I decide to call Federal Express again to find out where was my delivery because there had been no update on their online tracking. I was told that they had until 8 p.m. to make my delivery. But because I was less than confident that it would happen and because of the lateness of the hour I decided to contact Wayfair again.

I spoke to a guy named Mustafa the spotted an error in the shipping address. It appeared that Wayfair had not included my apartment number. In the interim I had tried to contact Federal Express and was directed to the location from which my loveseat was being shipped. I spoke to a guy named Rob said that he was in QA and that he was the only person there but he could not get in touch with the driver. He stressed again that they had until 8 p.m. to deliver my product.

Again, I called back to Federal Express to make sure that my apartment number was included. Then had them repeated to me. I was insured that my package had been returned to the original delivery location because of the missing apartment number but that it would be delivered on the following day July 3rd.

On this morning, July 3rd oh, I was awakened to the sound of my text message. It was a text message from Wayfair stating that I should contact Federal Express to update my shipping address, which incidentally I had done the night before.

Nonetheless oh, I did contact FedEx and verify that they had my correct address. In fact, the customer service rep advise me that it was already in the system. So, after looking at the updated tracking information I did in fact, see that it was an indication on the tracking history that the address had been corrected at 9:11 a.m. . But there was never any mention of it being on the truck. So I waited. And I waited. And I waited. And I am still waiting.

When I called Wayfair I spoke with Mary who was virtually of no help at all either. She just repeated the information that I relay to her. This was essentially the same information that was online.

This is the worst transaction ever!!! Customer service is absolutely vile!!!

It is now 9:44 p.m. on July 3rd and I still have no loveseat. Wayfair is closed FedEx is closed as well in terms of customer service and delivery. This entire thing has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!

The only thing I can say at this point is caveat emptor ( buyer beware)!!! Wayfair Sucks!!!

I have been a Business customer of Wayfair for many years, ordering hundreds of times and spending many thousands, and usually had good experiences. There were several items that arrived broken, but I contacted Customer Service and they always replaced the items pretty quick.........
BUT THEN my credit account was CLOSED (like sooooo many others) when Wayfair parted ways with Comenity Bank, without any notification to me or consideration of my open orders, and mysteriously there was nooooooo body in Customer Service that could help anymore. I had an open order for a cast iron sink at the time and called seven times because it never SHIPPED OUT to me (was put on HOLD four of the times for over an hour each time) even though they VERY QUICKLY pulled the money out of my account for payment of the order..... my call was escalated to a Supervisor (Tiffany Susoev) that was helpful to a point until she too MYSTERIOUSLY STOPPED HELPING, leaving me and my customer in the dark and nooooo sink stillllll!!??? Ultimately I cancelled the order because I couldn t WAIT FOR AN ANSWER any longer.....
There were numerous times that Wayfair s prices were (considerably) higher than other companies for the same item, but I stuck it out with Wayfair because I felt a mis-placed loyalty to them since I had been a customer for years.....I COMPLETELY REGRET THAT STUPIDITY because obviously LOYALTY was only one-way !!
I am DONE with Wayfair! I will NEVER, EVER order from them again.....my hard-earned money can be (and will be) spent at their competitors companies....

I had placed two orders previously with no problem. Yesterday, I went to order some other things I needed for my home which is being completely remodeled and was sent a notification that my order had been cancelled as "fraud was suspected". So I called thinking I was going to clear everything up and verify my information as I was told by a representative on yesterday. He advised me to call back as they just need to verify its you. I'm thinking well they could have emailed or called me to verify before they cancelled to keep from inconveniencing the customer but okay. So I began speaking with a person and I was told that I could not use the account that I was trying to use to make the purchase even though this form of purchase is allowed for everyone on their website. I have never had fraud on my account so was unclear how this was happening. Pretty much their fraud department profiles the individuals to determine whether they should flag their account and make them use certain methods of payment which is not fair and extremely partial. I was also told that all of my purchases using this form of payment would be flagged and not allowed even though nothing had never happened prior to and my other two purchases went through with no problem. I will NEVER use wayfair again and requested shipping labels to return everything else I had recently purchased so I can send those things back to them as well. No paying customer should be treated as a criminal and profiled in the manner I was today. In their attempt to avoid fraud they are showing extreme partiality with no cause. I felt completely degraded and disrespected as a customer and I will be looking forward to speaking with the BBB, the Attorney General of my state amongst others regarding this. If I could give wayfair zero stars, I would have as this was completely uncalled for to say the least. Not including the maltreatment I received by some of their staff, just horrible.

This is a bad company, 1st time and last time customer. Will never recommend this company to anyone for anything. I ordered a love seat online. Told that it was on...

I ordered a love seat online. Told that it was on back order for over a month. Received from Wayfair a used, dirty, loveseat with pink marker drawings and stains after 3 or so weeks.
Initially told by Wayfair representative, Eon, that their company would issue a refund then I was told by another representative that I didn't pay them yet. Apparently they wait until an item is in stock then charge payment from a customer's credit card. For some reason they shipped this used loveseat prior to getting payment and apparently prior to the loveseat being inspected by any quality inspection personnel.

I made payment and received order confirmation at the time of initial purchase. Wayfair reps said they are requiring payment until they help me with removing stains. I am going to donate this loveseat unless Wayfair would like to send someone to package and pick up the loveseat.

Designers beware. If you need a company that will provide you timely, reliable order deliveries for furniture, accessories, etc,. you may want to think twice before you or your clients purchase.

Facts:
1) I ordered a brand new loveseat.
2) A general contractor who put the loveseat together for me showed me
showed me dirt and stains.
3) I send Wayfair photos of the remaining stains.
4) They are demanding that I send them payment in order for them to help me get the stains out.
5) I am donating the loveseat and cancelling my account with Wayfair.

Side note, I was contacted by an account manager, Eon, who called because he "noticed there were several items in my cart and wanted to know if I needed help with check out."

Spooky! Wayfair is monitoring what consumers place in their carts and has someone call you when it's a sizable order.

It's really unclear how big (or what quality) a mattress will be. This picture is my youngest who can't fit on the mattress which we had hoped to use for my eldest. The delivery took forever. I was only charged when the delivery happened, which makes monitoring the money painful. Since this didn't meet our needs I returned it. I get a "full" refund but have to pay them to return ship it for almost half the original cost. Unless you know exactly what you're going to get you are better off shopping in a brick and mortar store or an online store that does full refunds AND pays for the return shipment.

Sadly my first experience with Wayfair is terrible. Promised things from a representative that encourage me to place an order over the phone. Price dropped with 24 hours and again with 36 hours. Promises and price drop was not honored. Unable to speak to a supervisor, you have to wait two weeks for someone to call you back. Shop somewhere else!

I need to say, not always Wayfair has the cheapest...

I need to say, not always Wayfair has the cheapest products online. However. everytime I needed assistance with a return/ refund or customer service they were prompt to help and efficiently solved my issues.

We did purchase two bathroom vanities without major issues. During a move, I ended up losing the outdoor lighting plate, which they sent a replacement for no cost.

I ended up returning a couple of light fixtures because I found the same at a Local Lowe's for a cheaper price. My only reason to not give 5 stars is because they do not have a matching price program. However, I was able to return the light and get store credit.

Ordered a couch that was stated in stock on website on Nov 13th. Took till Dec 4th to find out that it was back ordered and not back in stock till Dec 14th with no communication in between that time. So my problem is if it takes 3 weeks for an order to get to your supplier, then your problems are only going to get worse.

So in the end, I had to cancel order because what I expected was delivery long before Christmas. In reality, based of the garbage one of your case managers tried to feed me, was a couch that wasn t going to get to me until well after the new year.

Maybe it s time to start going back to brick and mortar stores where they can check back room for stock in minutes.
I unfortunately will never buy furniture off your website again.

This is a zero star review. Not a 1 star review.

Order a murphy bed on Wayfair, took several weeks to arrive. Upon arrival, it was incredibly difficult to assemble (the manual even states only a professional should install it) and Wayfair doesn't offer professional installation on product due to "liability reasons." No transparency on product page for the difficulty of assembly given and now to return the product (after waiting weeks to have it delivered), will now have to pay to have it sent back.

Recommendation was to use an Uber-like service called "Handy" and let a random into our home.

I ordered a kids vanity for my daughter for christmas as her big santa gift. Well, went to put it together Christmas Eve and the main mirror was broken, and I had two of the same side mirrors. I called Wayfair and they said they'd get the parts out on January 18th. When those didn't show I called them back. They said the parts were on back order until about March. So they said they'd send out a whole new vanity on January 24th. Well, that never showed up either. So I called Wayfair yet again and they said that the vanity was out of stock, so they refunded our money. No one ever called or emailed to tell us this. Now were stuck with a broken, mismatched vanity, and no way to repair it. Not to mention my daughter was out of her big item for Christmas. Its been a very disappointing first experience, I wish Wayfair would have done more to remedy the situation, or at least gave us a call to let us know the status. Will not be buying from Wayfair again!

Very disappointed. We ordered a couch from Wayfair and we were so excited to get it right score we moved into our new apartment that we got rid of our other furniture. But they lost our couch in the mail. I don t know how you lose something that large in the mail but they did. The couch is now backordered until August when we originally purchased it in March. I finally got them to answer my emails after a long lag time and was able to get a refund. I was promised a 10% discount to pick out a different couch but was never given my discount code as promised. Now they aren t replying to my attempts to contact. We will be taking our business elsewhere and will not order from Wayfair again.

I order a king-sized teak bed from Wayfair, for which I paid nearly $2000.00. I had to wait nearly month for delivery, and when it arrived, late, the headboard was broken. I called, and Wayfair said that they would replace it. The replace was to be shipped about ten days later, and would arrive four days after that. They said I would be sent the tracking info when it was shipped. When the shipping date had passed by several days, I called Wayfair and was advised that my replacement order had been cancelled by the manufacturer, and that there was no indication why. I had not been informed of the cancellation. Now, they again say that they will ship a replacement, but we will have to wait at least two more weeks for that to arrive. I asked to speak with a manager, and was informed that I would have to stay on line for 45 more minutes, at least, in order to do that. I asked whether the manager could call me back, and was informed that a manager could call me, but it would take 5 to 7 business days. In the meantime, my wife and I are sleeping on an uncomfortable old mattress in a guest bedroom, all because of the gross incompetence of this awful company. I will be very hesitant to but anything from them in the future. They just don t seem to care about their customers.

Wayfair the worst customer service experience I ve ever had. I place a first time order back on august 18 for two items. My delivery date was scheduled for August the 18th for both items. I received the chandelier lamp on August 24th. The ottoman was not received on that day. I gave it about a week before I even called to question it since I understand that at times is out of your hands for delay to happened. When I first contact Wayfair to informed I was advise that they believe the ottoman was lost in transit Howe we they couldn t send me a replacement until confirmed that it was lost. Of course I had to reach bAck to them as I was never contacted by the company. On August 31st I called and spoke to a rep by the name of Stacey I received horrible service my only option was pretty much to cancel my item and get my money back or wait until sep 24th for possible delivery date. When asked to speak a manager I was transferred over to Mitchell honestly don t know which service was worst the lovely manager told me I know what you want but if you want your item sooner we have to charge you. Do long story short the lost my package and for me to get my package dinner than a whole month after my purchase I have to pay some more money. I will never purchase anything from this place again. Do not recommended their customer is horrible. Never once did I hear an apology for lossing nore a thank you for being a customer..... horrible experience

The Worst! Ordered several pieces of furniture. Delivery and follow up from Wayfair, horrid! Customer service, non existent. Offer you ways to contact them, but never respond. Took my money, but merchandise never received. Amazing how I would receive notices of the delivery only to be followed up a little later on how my items were not coming and scheduled for the following day. This has been going on for over a week. Lesson learned. Never again!!!

Unfortunately google does not let me give negative stars but this is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered and suprised that they are still running but their products are terrible and their delivery times are messed up. They have no value for their customers or their employees. They discriminate against and have no value for their employees either. Truely disgusting. If you are going to be giving this company business just know that you will be in for a waste of your time. Don't work or buy from this sickening company. Just saying the trash in my garbage bin is better than their products.
