I ordered a couch for $296.79 on may 25th, it says...

I ordered a couch for $296.79 on may 25th, it says my order is still pending over a week later. They charged my card twice. I have waited a total of 4 hours on the phone for customer service in the past two days and no one has answered the phone. They have charged me $600 total for a $296 couch that is still pending. And customer service seems to not exist for this company. I tried to find a corporate number to speak to someone higher up about it and they keep directing me to the same customer service number where I wait for another hour with no answer. I strongly do NOT recommend Wayfair. I was so excited to buy a couch for my new house and they are just scamming me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible horrible company.
