Best service to place an order and take your money...

Best service to place an order and take your money but follow up customer service is horrible. I received the wrong item. I was on hold for 60 mins and then the call was disconnected. There's no way for me to return it online - no option to return wrong item, only to return item I ordered, which I DID NOT RECEIVE!!! I have to speak to a customer service representative. So now I'm holding again for another hour until a rep picks up the phone.
